We have to maintain our patience, nothing fundamentally has changed since the Admission Document was signed off by the shareholders.
We have secured further contracts, we have sufficient funds to launch the new Platform, we have employed further industry expertise, we have employed a IR company, we know the market is growing and the company is growing!! Patience is required!! IMO

In my view, Sony as a shareholder and based in the far-east would be a great partnership for hardware, Warner Music with their new acquisition would be good to buy us out long term. Regarding HorseGob’s remarks about Nikki, I am surprised she has been more active as Chief Marketing Officer, but Emmy Lovell has been employed for a specific role Chief Strategy Officer, therefore she will be working directly with senior management and the IR team, so let’s give her a chance.
It would have been good to receive news of impending releases, however with 80 staff working on the APP there is more behind this than a simple upgrade. So, long term it looks good, short term frustration until more financial is released. IMO

The IR company reference the Admission Document in the main, I my experience having talked with AM, he is not respectful of the retail investors, his main interest is in the large investors, a few years ago he wasn’t interested in the SP, only the end game. As time has progressed the has been the case, I cannot see things changing, however I do believe in this company and it’s prospects and that’s the reason I have invested and keep investing. GLA

I expressed my disappointment on several aspects and they supplied a reasonable answer, their remit being suppling Investors information, over the next few months leading up to the APP release information will be provided together with a marketing campaign as per announced in the Admission Document. With Emmy Lovell taking the lead on the management of the ‘Strategy’ I firmly believe we will be in a good place. As with every company in a competitive market, we have to be careful not to reveal to our competitors everything we are doing, otherwise we will be trailing our competitors. IMO GLA

‘Music week’ will be broadcasting there interview with AM tomorrow followed by a conversation with Emmy Lovell our new lady, the PR campaign will be ramping up from now on, I’m encouraged that our IR company is responding to emails, with the Admission Document laying out the overall strategy, Emmy will start to fill in more details tomorrow!! Perhaps the MM’s won’t have it all their own way this week! GLA

I believe the difference between 2017/18 is extreme, just recently we had join the company Emmy Lovell from Warner’s, she joined Napster to be part of a successful product, her track record is very impressive, with our new investors I firmly believe the APP will bring together what MVR was trying to do, add in the fact we have a ready made subscription fee business and you have to admit the prospects are now in a different league. Yes, the SP is where it is, however in my view this is short term pain for long term gains. Regarding the ‘Music Week’ interview with Emmy Lovell it will be interesting tomorrow after 2 months with the company how her strategy is to be rolled out, I believe the mm’s are taking full advantage of the game. IMO

As I see you only post here with your WWS name I take from this you are either lonely or calculated and use other names on other boards, either way, whatever makes you happy, however all the different names you have referred to me by signifies you don’t agree with my opinion, let’s come back in December 2022 and discuss the merits of each other’s opinion! HG, patience is needed, yes the SP is low which means you can buy more shares and average down.
The fundamentals of the company haven’t changed, the company has revenue and an increasing client subscription, the company is producing a New combined platform, it has sufficient short/mid term cash reserves, its operating in a changing market and employs industry professionals.
Yes, the CEO makes statements that he doesn’t always follow through, however the company has a good product and a technology developed and a strategy to bring the platform alongside our partners to the market.
Like you, I am still waiting for the PR machine to rollout the news, and to promote the company.
In my opinion, the best news will be the much anticipated financials, and then the roll out of the new APP hopefully late summer! The SP will then be something worth talking about! IMO

As usual,HM providing negative posts, nothing new!! For someone who sold out months ago HM has an odd pastime, coming back to see his past losses. I would expect the IR company to start promoting and carry out the PR campaign advertised by the company. Until the financials are released the question over the CLN’s won’t be resolved. IMO

Great to see the technology has been around for years, as O2 have a partnership with MelodyVR and their CEO was so enthusiastic about the future, and with MelodyVR having contracts with O2 locations I’m sure Napster Group will be their choice going forward to partner the roll out of VR music events, their has been a long history together.
This all leads I believe to a lot more in the pipeline now we are allowed back into venues, admittedly not full houses yet, but as ‘Boris’ says, coming soon, when the science is right!! GLA

CB, this has been discussed previously as part of the VR experience, with Emmy joining us from Warner’s I’m sure she will know all about the virtual experiences and MVR was already talking with Facebook. I would be surprised if we are not already working on developing the facilities within the platform. IMO GLA

The music industry is changing, virtual experiences are going to be part of the business going forward, interesting how some of our partners are expanding

CB, The business plan, presentation and the latest interview have all been consistent in their message, the company is solvent, it has sufficient cash to see through the business plan, the PR commences May 21, financials released in June 21, APP development brought forward to end in June, release of APP this year, based on previous experience, a beta will be released in the summer with substantial testing, my belief is the APP will be released early Autumn to coincide with various events already planned bearing in mind the latest COVID indicators. As our partners will be providing a substantial amount of the promotional events, therefore the amount of borrowing should be limited, also with sufficient cash to May 2022 and a successful APP we shouldn’t be in a position not to require further cash!! Success is just around the corner!! IMO GLA
