Hi Iofas,
Having read through your post, I have to disagree with being ‘High Risk’ and the fact regarding borrowing cheap in the future. The strategy is to bring forward the development of the APP, we had already established mid-term funding and this has enabled the company to have funding until May 2021, this is 6 months post APP launch, therefore adequate time for the APP to attract new clients, also for our partners to acquire new clients, therefore without extra income we have sufficient funding to see us through!
Regarding the CLN’s, because we don’t have access to the deal details, it presumed by you the downward trend of the SP is directly related, this is a possibility, however it is also possible the ‘extra’ finance has proved a ‘risk’ for some investors following several comments by mm’s.
CLN’s have been a common source of finance for several ‘startups’ and companies sourcing ‘quick’ finance. Should the APP development be brought forward by several months this will benefit the company and investors, it will also provide our partners with a platform they can market earlier. Therefore, the mid to long term gains, should offset the losses of the current SP, however only LTH’s will benefit. IMO GLA oh by the way, Donald and his friends say ‘Hello’!!
My ducks are very healthy and confident where their next meal is coming from, and all my shares are doing ok, some will take longer to mature than others, regarding your comment about the CLN’s, as you and your colleagues are such experts, it must be true the CLNs have an effect. Or Not! GLA
Hi Mr H, it would appear a short video from the CEO has done enough to curtail the SP declining further, proving the market will move in a positive direction once concrete information is divulged.
With further news next week this hopefully will outweigh any negativity regarding the CLN’s.
With the lifting of restrictions happening around the world and the various government controlled events being carried out will provide satisfactory data for large events to resume enabling concerts to again be part of our entertainment. Have a great weekend!! GLA
Hi LF, my shares won’t be for sale until they reach my own figure!!
As for HG comment of splitting the development, I do agree, the music experience on the Napster platform is priority, several companies are already taking the initiative regarding Podcasts, Interviews etc, therefore we need to concentrate on what we know works, our advantage is we already have content to release immediately.
Developing a theatre experience on the platform won’t be exhaustive as we already have a single performance recorded.
Regarding HG comment of failure, the probability of that happening is pretty remote, most ‘startups’ fail within the first few years and we are way past that point, the other is ‘cash flow’ and we have sufficient fund’s for a 12 month period and we have ever increasing revenue.
I understand your comment regarding the best person being the CEO for the presentation, however I would have to disagree, SH has a more professional manner, and I believe whoever produced the latest interview needs to go to ‘Spect Savers’!
Regarding my confidence in your speculative £1 per share, that’s a fantastic return and I would be satisfied with that figure.
I my view, a reprice of the SP will happen quite soon, AM was itching to announce the next deal, however as usual he had his hands tied behind his back by the real controllers of this company. IMO GLA
Hi LF,
I don’t disagree with your point about AM, as per previous posts I am not a fan of AM regarding broadcasts or presentations, there are far more qualified people within the team.
From the brief ‘real’ information provided by AM there appears to be no reason for the company to give away cheap shares as we have sufficient funds available to borrow and we have a revenue.
From the broadcast and the reliance on the new APP the increased revenue to $500m by 2023 this roughly means 16 months of consistent growth at $25m per month September 21 - following the release of the APP, this is a fantastic growth, as we have 80 engineers currently working full-time on the development of the APP we won’t require all of these engineers following the release of the APP, at roughly £50k per engineer this could reduce our running costs by £3.5m per year (70 eng), unless we then start to develop something else, it maybe they then go onto develop the theatre APP!! IMO
Well done Puddin1006, I thought I would get at least one comment, it’s great that Coldplay and Festival Republic are copying MelodyVR, it’s not beyond anyone’s imagination that one of our partners involved MVR on at least advice!! IMO
If Napster are involved I’m sure all will be forgiven!! IMO
Hi Themis,
I would imagine they are updating the site to reflect the information being disseminated in the up and coming PR campaign. Good news!! GLA
Hi Puddin1006, I guess you have also topped up!! IMO
Hi Maxdba,
There so many positive points, there is so much discussion around John Gore, he has so many opportunities to walk away, but, he hasn’t, he could of reduced his shareholding, he hasn’t, he has understandably been concentrating on his main role of CEO of his Broadway empire, not concentrating on an element of his forward thinking strategy of which cannot be successfully used until he has sufficient numbers in his theatres.
He has together with MVR recorded a show and proved the concept, therefore it’s already to go when the opportunity arises.
Second piece of good news, is the SP is not 1p as our ‘doom and gloom merchants’ would have you believe, it has collapsed, in fact it’s been a great time to buy if you have sufficient confidence.
Third piece of good news, it’s nearly May, the PR machine should be ‘****ed and loaded’ ready to contribute to the rise in the fortunes of the company.
With Emmy, Nikki, Iain and the IR company producing the PR there is heaps of experience and expertise to advertise the up and coming events and products.
Great to be part of the share and the fantastic prospects ahead! IMO GLA
Hi BennyBoy, it was one of the ‘Merry Men’ eventually selling up, they couldn’t make mind up, I expect they will buy back in later around June 21 when the SP is higher!! IMO
Fantastic that our little’Merry Men’ are sooooo vocal, the fact ‘Napster’ have a strategy and the PR starts in a few weeks time has really got them harping on ‘Blah, Blah, Blah’! Roll on the APP, they’ll love it!! GLA
Thanks HorseGob, it’s great to have Advice! Have a fantastic weekend, mate!
Oh dear, Doc Holiday and his band of Merry Men are not in favour of Me or Sound Engineers, I’m now crying in my milk and considering selling my whole portfolio as I don’t know what I’m doing anymore!! I’ll consider my options over the weekend, meanwhile I’ll look back through all the posts from the Merry Men and throughly look at the fantastic researched material posted by Robin Hood and his Merry Men!! GLA
Hi HR,
You will not get an answer to your question from HorseGob, this poster fails to understand the due diligence Singtel would have carried out when they placed their reputation on MelodyVR, one thing MelodyVR have done is proven they have the skills to produce an APP that works, there testing methodology is fine, there ability to work with and integrate with a long line of partners demonstrates they do listen to and work with Stakeholders, 2020 would have demonstrated the Live Nations concerts, O2 concerts and many more, however COVID-19 put pay to those concerts. Napster also has a list of premier brands it already work with ‘successfully’ including Sonos, Sony, BMW and Audi, therefore they are a trusted partner.
What the ‘Killer App’ will interface to will be revealed a multi-faceted platform producing not only music entertainment but the ‘data’ for our partners will be extremely powerful.
But, it takes ‘time and funding’ of which Napster have a strategy!! IMO GLA
Hi MrH,
I have some knowledge in this area, I also agree with sentiment around Nice & Green, they are investing in particular high technology or Biotechnology industries, the founder and colleagues come from high end accountancy companies, they are not charitable but fair in their business strategy, they are not in the business of investing or risking investment, therefore I believe this again provides confidence the APP will deliver. IMO
Hi MrH,
From the hiring of Software/Data analyst staff over the last couple of years I would hope most of the expertise is ‘in house’ and contractors would only be required for system integration with 3rd party software, the budget would still be in the £m’s.
They do have a fantastic amount of proven software to provide information for the requirements, Singtel, O2, Facebook and others obviously believe the APP will be of a high standard and reliable. IMO
Software Infrastructure design, writing system requirements and refactoring existing code and code writing will cost more the 100’s of thousands along side the integration into partners systems if they are going to produce a multi-faceted platform, combining the existing code of each legacy system would be a disaster in my view! A 20 - 30 week project in my experience is normal for an intense program, they have a very experienced team and experienced stakeholders as a shareholder in Wandisco! They realise there won’t be a 2nd bite at the cherry, this is a critical APP for us as shareholders! IMO GLA
Hi Iofas, great to have your comments, as you’ll notice a MAJOR institutional investor (Invesco) have increased their investment in the company, we now have two billionaires invested in the company and you honestly believe your depressive posts are worth anything, you and your mates really need to find something better to do (or perhaps you can’t because your told what to write!!) Have a fantastic next few months watching the SP rise! GLA
CB, Napster is a disruptive influence, this should be prt of the marketing starting in May, between our two ladies and the IR company this message should be loud no clear!! IMO
