Good idea cos I think there's lots of potential here and I did plenty of research before investing. Got to go out now but will contribute to discussion on return.

I don't see your views as deramping - I think you're just telling it as you see it. Actually on the general subject of ramping and deramping, I think some posters on some bb's have a rather overinflated view of the importance of bb's in influencing big share price movements and do rather get their knickers in a twist over it. I think this is because they get so absorbed by the chat rooms, they lose their grip on the bigger picture. Just my opinion.

My hubby tipped me off on Sunday about this little company but rather stupidly, I didn't make time to do additional research and place the order, now he's saying 'I told you so'. Well, seems to me that this stock has a long way to go so buying in later today. Good call by all of you who spotted the potential early and stuck with it.

I've been hunting round recently for some additional higher risk growth stocks and this one came up and it fits the bill: Innovative product, likely high market demand, made friends again with influential customer, sorted out previous problems and sp is cheap. Overall heading in the right direction. I'll be buying in on Monday.

This looks like an excellent growth stock. Buying in on Monday. Found the posts on this bb really helpful. Investors Chronicle have tipped it again (13 March). Tipsters don't always get it right but at least they bring stocks to potential investors' attention which may otherwise be overlooked and having done some additional research, it's looking good.

Well Modsa, I would say that's mainly because the market views the placing as a good move and the funds will accelerate growth thus the dilutive effects are offset by potential. Plus, the discount wasn't huge and neither was the new issue. Got another holding going through placement at the moment and aside from little ticks down I'm not expecting any major reduction in sp for the same reasons given above. Good news on the director buys today.

Hello Welsh. Haven't got a clue about an sp target except to say that I'm invested here ergo I expect to get a decent return on my investment. What is particularly interesting, as you say, is the fracking potential and also the fact that CRA are not just a one trick pony. You will probably have seen they have been successful in securing some key air purification contracts with the likes of BAE. Also they don't stand still. Much time and effort going in to technological advancement. You have to be patient with this share though! GL

... I would say a punt is taking a flyer on an outsider. Personally I feel CRA has far too much going for it to be considered an outsider. Good luck.

You're welcome.. You timed it really well. I'm still down a tad. Should have waited for price to settle before buying (just like you did so I take a leaf out of your book here). I think Riddler's posts give a bit more insight into the company. So it might be worthwhile taking another look at those. He did mention possibility of takeover and I think there is a general feel that there was an overreaction to the rns. I guess the question of whether to hold or not depends on how you think you would feel if the share dropped vs how you would feel if you missed out on some additional growth. Given that it's not a long term holding for you and more of a case of buying in cheaply for a quick return, I think I would either top slice or sell up. Of course if the price drops again you can always come back in. Personally I see this share as longer term at the moment but this is AIM and things can change quite quickly. .....agree with all the 'oversold' comments. We only have to re-read the rns to realise how successful this business is in securing both domestic and international contracts and to understand that it was primarily SOME contract and bidding delays which caused the drop in sp.
