Before our shares were diluted the SP was c3p. Dilution was c20%. Share Price now 1.6p In that time revenue and user numbers have jumped significantly. Bonds are now all converted and we have cash int he bank that reflects at least 0.4p of the current valuation. The final few shares will wash through the market in the coming days as they are listed as per RNS. Traders will quieten down and those who bought recently around 2p will capitulate as they are currently doing and move on. The net effect is we will have more Jez and Gad style characters clogging the board - especially as the SP rises and they factor their loss into the equation. The company is fundamentally in a position to evolve and boost its payments expertise. The cash is there to pursue the strategy. A strategic link up with Tencent may or may not happen. It may simply be an advertising agreement -its still good revenue. On top of that it opens up our gaming platform to Tencents user base and introduces our users to broader tencent services. As the number one platform in Myanmar we have the potential to expand rapidly through partnerships and tie ups. An investment horizon of more than a few months is required and whilst the traders are selling those who actually believe in the Mysquar story are using this dip to top up.
