Looks like the private equity company has now transferred the holdings to two seperate entities. Bottom line is they have not be sold and there are now less shares in circulation than there was last week.

As i said early I was expecting this and i expect further announcements in the coming days. I don't think they are sellers though Why would you. They manipulated the share price lower to buy their stock - why settle for 10% - especially when you have seen the business plan that enticed you to fund in the first place. Selling that we are seeing today is simply day traders piling across to immupharma to try and trade the bounce
