Chris you are a trader who will seek to take advantage of price drops. I seem to remember you saying these boards don't impact on a share price - you are more than welcome to comment to drive your position but not sure why you invest so much time on them if you feel they have no impact.

Its good to get opposing views as it makes traders positions more transparent

Here I wonder why some invest at all. Sounds like they just turn the computer on in the morning and buy whatever stock is rising and pray it gives them 20% in half an hour and then they can get out If this scenario doesn’t pan out they spend the next tree months posting panicked statements. Until they either capitulate and sell or Manage to get back to break even. Have a bit of patience and understand this is aim. Companies here speculate to grow. Aim is oretty much binary - success or failure. It’s just a case of waiting to see which color it lands on Companies need to raise cash through dilution. If you can buy stock to lower your average then you will be at profit sooner. If not it’s a case of sitting tight

Dilution through capital raising to pay for the infrastructure required to cover licencing and hardware/software associated with the planned major developments in Q3 is fine. This is not an exploration company raising funds to dig endless holes and fill the boots of Australian prospectors.

Companies must have the permission of shareholders to issue a specified percentage of shares in a financial year. As a result of two convertible bond issuance in the one financial year we have reached the upper threshold. Having this clause in stops companies from issuing unlimited shares and diluting the life out of a company without the authority of shareholders. (This is a good clause to have in)

As long as the company is using the cash to boost the functionality and therefore the future earnings potential of the company then this is fine. The request to increase share issuance in line with the strategy is not a problem in my mind.

Short term gains are great but as you say until Atlas vacate the premises there will be a roof on how far this can go. Remember though during the last conversions the Share Price managed to rise as the conversions passed through. A revenue and user update would be nice

Sliotar - Anybody who has been in this stock for long enough should realise that the pictures on the poker games are nothing more than subtle teasers to drive investors mad. How many times have we seen Man united or liverpool appear on the site during the season but it doesn't mean we have tie ups with them, nor is it infringements of copyright to stick their badges up.

Let the predator work away in the background I say and focus on the fundamentals and the potential reason for a predator, rather than who it is and then see the value. Focusing too heavily on a predator sets you up for short term disappointment when nothing materialises. If you were a predator when would you strike - when everyone is talking about it or when the chatter dies down. I believe now that the Tencent chatter has died down the predator has been free to accumulate again.

Either way the revenue and registered user data will come through and drive the share price. If something is going on in the background then this will be a boost to short term expectations.

Good luck to the de-rampers and their positions but at these prices I would much rather be involved than been short or on the sidelines. Those influenced by the chatter can sell to the market makers who have a readily available buyer in the background.

I took the opportunity at 1.08 to add and I am quite happy to buy into any more drops. Only needs to be go to 2.16p to take out my initial capital and run free with that batch of shares. Won't take too long to get in the same position with the other tranches

DR - I tend to agree with you. My target was always around 12p however after the dilution of the past 6 months - I think a re-evaluation of any t/o price is needed. I actually am slightly lower if it becomes an aggressive approach

The reason any predator has not succeeded in taking us out is Eric’s belief in the future value of the company or the predators need for the payments system to be in place At 4p our market cap wouldn’t even be roughly 36 million. Ten cent would have made that in interest on their cash deposits yesterday. Strategic viability and the embedded value of our user numbers is the key to the future. If a predator wants a leg up in access to Myanmar’s mobile future then MySQUAR is the obvious target. If they have to pay up for it then they may as well have a payments platform running through it too. The future is strong and some big background buyer knows it. Question for some p i’s is are they or are they smart enough to see it or are they as entrenched in a private personal feud like tw that they can’t see it

Note for those stating the trades after hours are a sell - these are trades printed that have traded during the day. They are called delayed prints. They are mot trades that have occluded after hours in some underground exchange. If these were sells in the course of trading today the share price Would be down at Gonads buy in level. These are most likely prints from a market maker to our background buyer. The market makers have been mopping up the traders sells over the past few weeks and are now starting to sell over to the background buyer in large chunks. For crazy with his 10 posts who thinks this will be carnage in the Morning - I suggest you may need to Work a bit harder on your desk tomorrow to accumulate stock for your buyer. The hand has been shown today and we all know the level they are prepared to buy at. They will need to pay 1.6p for the next 200k worth Good luck trying to buy tomorrow in any decent size. That small sell down has turned north pretty quickly. We normally see traders bail out on these small drops compounding the move back down. Obviously not a traders move higher. Who Is Chomping at the stock block again
