Probably never wanted the stock. Company gave them stock as they didn't want to use liquid resources. The deal was 50% cash and 50% in Shares.

Ever since the deal was announced this stock was for sale. Not a surprise then that the SP dropped the way it has. Now that it has cleared lets see this get back to 1.5p

I think they may have just bailed. The fact that we priced at 0.65 to me suggests that the pressure on the share for the past month has been market makers moving on the shares. Today was the end of that process. KTS are now out and the overhang of a seller has gone. Atlas will have reaped the rewards of conversions at these levels.

I think the former more so than the latter unless Atlas are using it as a way of driving the price down to get a cheaper conversion price - They didnt like the way private investors came in and took it back up last week.

last week the SP dropped with the wider market as a few retail investors sold up fearing they would loose their money. They sold at any price and the MM's said thank you - we'll take it down a bit further and they will continue to liquidate - now that's over and the buyers have picked up the slack the price is tracking back up.

This move should take us back to 1.15p

on very low volume. Lets get the PR machine working Mr Chong and an uplift in buying pressure will take us up again.
