For what its worth, over the years I have been involved in multiple suspensions. (Dangers of AIM)

On the whole the news is rarely good. Even if it re-listed it is normally a dilution - but at least its a chance to live another day and hopefully rebuild.

Normally the suspensions are a result of dusters or inability to raise cash and bankruptcy ensuing.

On this occasion we have been able to raise cash. Unfortunately a web of deceit in the background was skimming the accounts. If we are only short £900K of the monies raised over the past year then we might have a hope. If the money that was raised for the licence is in an escrow account along with the licence application fee paid then the chances that we can get a deal with SVS to restore the placing - maybe £1m raised at 0.2p then we have a chance.

With the support of Atlas and an independently audited set of accounts getting one of the 33 listed Nomads on AIM should be a low hurdle to cross.

Lets hope the powers to be have the will to get this done

Spend the last few days rubbishing to get a buy in and now they have a position the pendulum swings the other way.

As I said yesterday let them do the hard work and drive it down and then buy on the poor saps that are taken in by them and sell.

Graham I couldn't fault the NHS- they were amazing. Unfortunately neutrpenic sepsis is my own body attacking itself - infections that have been in situ that the body could previously fight not being able to deal with them.

My room was scrubbed down twice a day and I was in isolation. Docs nurses were amazing and only for their professionalism I would have died three weeks ago

For the last few months. Got screwed over elsewhere and need to start the accumulation phase again. Share price is now below cash value and the easier wells are coming up. The drop in sp opens up an opportunity to make a few pound. 3p is not a bad point to start accumulating a position. Exploration is exploration and this mornings drop will be over cooked by those not happy to sit around until May Fingers crossed for the future

I think we can take it that they were involved in forward selling of placing shares even though they agreed not too. It stinks but after this mornings update I have hope that a cleaned up entity can emerge As already pointed out if all we need is 900k then a new corporate bond raising of 1.5m should aafely leave us operational and give us wriggle room to try and recoup some of the moneys With no sticky fingers this should last a bit longer. It also seems that svs are still willing to put there name on the door.. as such the previously announced placing that was pulled could be adjusted. If the company really has a product worth talking about and selling then we will be back. If not then this is the perfect storm to let it go.hopefully it’s the former

May have resigned as broker but after only been appointed in April in the middle of the period in question, I would suggest they are knee deep in the ongoing investigation- Resignation was forced upon them and no doubt now that the excrement has hit the fan - forward selling of stock may be found to have taken place. Another Beaufort style investigation maybe I will be shocked if the money for the licence is sitting in an escrow account. Daniel Stewart resigning isn’t a negative as long as Svs are still willing to be broker. Anyone resigning at this point is being pushed out pending investigation. My hopes for a re-listing are around 2%, however the price we come back at could be significantly lower than where we suspended. It all depends on the escrow account

I suggest you start looking for new opportunities elsewhere.
