Fairly quiet these days. Most of the AIM market seems to be following suit. Now would be the perfect time to land a nice positive RNS. Investors looking for a multi-bagger will pile in and take us higher. Small buys and sells throwing us around a narrow range lately.

I think Tencent came to the table- offered a derisory amount for the company given its then position and Eric siad thanks but no thanks at this time. During the discussions I would suggest that Eric picked the brains of the consulting team and found out that Tencent would pay a higher premium for a company with multiple lines of revenue as opposed to a list of registered users with principally only gaming revenue.

Since then the company has changed strategic direction and MyPay has taken the remittance programme to the next phase and we are about to fully launch into the most commercial market for remittances - Singapore (Myanmar residents who work in Singapore picking up nice wages that can be remitted home). On top of this the company has started to show how it can monetise its registered user base via MyMingalarbar.

The next set of accounts which incidentally may not come until November as per last year (trading updates came in September/October) will hopefully show that the revenue numbers and registered user numbers increased exponentially.

Tencent will still be around and if they think they can pick this up relatively cheap then they will come back. Hopefully this means we get a decent price. Incidentally Tencent won't be the only predator

This company continues to deliver on expectations and indeed surpassing them.

With limited stock and investors prepared to wait for the next year for the final outcome, the price should appreciate nicely as the de-risking continues

I would suggest it is a PI capitulation - given that the number is 5006 - it looks like a £6 fee each time. - Whoever it is has a broker that charges £6 a trade. Mine is iweb at £5 - so it ain't me :)

There was no sign on the door saying the only way is up. You were buying into a concept company in an emerging market with a significant amount of political control and unrest.

The share price move is what it is - a result of dilution to fund growth. Will the growth of the company be directly correlated to the funds raised and the dilution - nope - there will always be wastage and as shareholders that is frustrating but the reality is - the direction of travel is not always right and the road map needs to change. (this has been an obvious deduction from the years news so far)

What is the end game - hopefully over the next 12 months the revenue spikes on advertising, gaming and remittances. The monetisation of the registered user base improves.

The bigger players will be drawn back to the table and pay us a premium to assume control of the user base and the company.

Either way I can afford to give the company the time to work through their strategy. If it goes pear shaped then that's it. - I will personally come on and say how brilliant you are Chris and how you read the situation so well. If it doesn't go pear shape and the SP rises then happy days (I won't be gloating)

1.08 is my lowest buying point and the lowest conversion point for Atlas. If Atlas are going to get some cheaper than that well I want them to. They are not converting to lose money so I will pick them up when they do. The price is being brought down to kick start their conversions.

I agree that Eric needs to get the finger out and start delivering some revenue numbers and show us how the re-focusing of the strategy has worked.

Unfortunately dilution for growth is the way of the world. Thankfully we are not using the capital to dig a never ending hole or a well in some weird or wonderful hot dusty zone in the world.

The capital raised is being used to develop games and a monetary payment system that will revolutionise the way people in Myanmar do their personal transactions. Developers and licences cost money. As the economies of scale kick in and the user base continues to grow so to will the advertising, gaming and transaction revenues grow. Breakeven may still be a bit away but once we cross that threshold, exponential growth will drive the bottom line and valuation significantly higher.

The question is as an investor are you prepared to wait for profitability and stomach the dilution or are you a trader that wants instant gratification and a quick 20%. Nothing wrong with both strategies but the former is the position here. Anything else is a bonus.

Long term investment here will either yield a 1000% gain or a widening loss. I would rather take the chance that I loose 50% more here in favour of a massive upside piece of news than jump out and into another frying pan with less potential upside.

Price manipulation at the moment to facilitate the conversions. I am using any drop below 1.08 to reduce my average. Not buying anymore above 1.08

Mad - the market makers don't have a great supply of stock in this company therefore when any interest is shown they widen the spread as they want investors to either pay up for stock as they know it moves fast and they may struggle to cover the NMS or they simply don't want to deal.

Either way the news keeps coming and the story is building nicely. The de-risking of the project plus the rise in gas prices this year are a nice boon for the share price.

Confirms what we have known all along. Market makers are taking proprietary positions in stocks- shorting them. They then go to the company and solicit placing to get their shorts closed out Guess that’s what is going on here only market makers relying on atlas selling them their converted stock It would be Nice to see atlas sit on their hands And keep the converted stock. Any bounce in the share price will leave market makers scrambling to cover. Couldn’t stay away for 2 weeks.
