After under performing for years can 2025 be the year that the UK market breaks out of its slump. Companies such as Ceres that have lacked investor enthusiasm and have been a gift for the short seller could finally catch a decent bid.

U.S. growth companies have accelerated beyond reasonable valuation levels powered by the lofty expectations that AI will bring.

2025 could be a year that the Ftse 100 finally pushes towards 9000 and drags the broader indices with it.

The UK needs liquidity - will attractive valuations finally be the catalyst or will the domestic market succumb to a takeover raid that will see UK companies disappear cheaply.

This is the UK market. Liquidity is awful and companies to finance need to use the CLN route. Right or wrong it is what it is.

I think we should continue to settle in shares until as such time is diagnostics is sold and then reassess. Protect cash as much as possible so that we don’t have to accept uncommercial bids for diagnostics or licensing deals

When the time comes this board will act in the interest of the broader company and shareholders and not the gamblers or shorts who cry for daily RNS and cheap wins

Hold or sell but for the love of god stop fretting about every few pence stock movements - up or down

Was expecting to be adding more in the high 60’s early 70’s after this mornings news but thanks to what I can only presume is someone trying to protect their short position by leveraging down, I can pick up in the low 60’s

If this was a connect the dots puzzle, the picture would already be visible

Technical strength at 2.27 has held and we are now seeing an unwind of the sell off that started last week.

I am expecting a very quick move to 2.70

CFO maxed out his ISA a few weeks ago at 2.70.

I assume he doesn’t print his own cash and his money is as important to him as is mine . I would rather buy at these levels knowing he is in above me with a hell of a lot more insight as to what’s happening internally than myself or any other BB contributor has

I would suggest it will/has been completed in share sales and now that it has been completed cash has been retained and debt covered for another quarter.

Without this - stock will get tighter to accumulate for a few months and positive RNS will have a greater upside impact.
