'Helium One announced FY25 interim results, showing a net

loss of $(1.9m) (1H24 $(1.1m)) on zero revenue. Net cash at

Dec of $10.0m, following a placing during the period to raise

$8.2m. We would argue that the interim results numbers are

largely irrelevant, given the pre-production status of the

asset base, and the activity post period end. With the

Galactica Pegasus project in Colorado moving towards first

production by mid-2025, and the formal award of a Mining

Licence in Tanzania anticipated, the future looks bright. We

remain encouraged by the near-term outlook and reiterate

our BUY recommendation and TP of 3.6p'

I posted a timeline a week or so ago which has ML granted by end of June 2025 with the following additional important dates:

RFA Negotiation 3–6 months, Government review and approval of SPV terms (so by the end of Sept 2025).

SPV Registration 3–14 days, Standard corporate formation under Tanzanian law.

Operational Readiness 3–6 months, Funding, infrastructure setup, and compliance verification. (by end of March 2026, potentially Dec 2025 if we pull our finger out).

So we should be looking at Cashflow 12-18 months from September 2024 for the TZ project.

'The market' is waiting for the CPR and RFA as we all know. If you do not have the foresight or patience to wait then more fool you.
