Today, 19th May 2025, a high-level delegation from the Ministry of Minerals of Tanzania, led by Deputy Permanent Secretary Mr. Msafiri Mbibo, arrived in London, United Kingdom, to participate in the Minerals Beneficiation and Value Addition Investment Forum.

The forum — taking place from 20th to 22nd May — presents a strategic platform for Tanzania to showcase opportunities in mineral value addition and attract investors interested in establishing processing and manufacturing industries within the country.

By promoting domestic beneficiation, Tanzania aims to reduce the export of raw minerals, create more jobs for its citizens, and drive inclusive economic growth.

The delegation was warmly received by Tanzania’s High Commissioner to the UK, H.E. Mbelwa Kairuki. Preliminary discussions were held ahead of the forum, setting the stage for productive engagement with global mining and investment stakeholders.’

Shell is not on AIM and is subject to different market forces. A lot of investment firms have rules which prohibit investment in AIM companies unless specific conditions are met.

If you would like and example look at CPI who have just completed a 15/1 consolidation.

....I think we will have had a reverse split in the order of 10-15/1 by 2026 so the figures might look quite different, but would surely be equivalent.
