Gaseous helium can be transported in tube trailers. This involves an articulated -truck carrying multiple high-pressure cylinders.

There is no issue storing Helium in high pressure tanks for years on end, how do you think they get it to party Ballon sellers, or for your Soda Stream capsule....

Only of you cryogenically store Helium, if you store it in high pressure tanks there is tiny seepage over years of storage...

Helium stored in a high-quality, high-pressure cylinder with a tightly sealed valve, can be stored indefinitely, over years there is a tiny detectable loss from these containers...
