RE: What does the estimate mean at Rukwa?13 Nov 2025 15:01
Sorry Herbie, I will dumb it down for you:
The Competent Person's Report (CPR) is like an expert map-reader's note. It says, "Yes, it looks like there's lots of special balloon air underground here, just like Helium One thought". But the expert adds that they can't say for sure how much money that treasure is worth yet....
"Prospective" and "Contingent" treasure: It's like finding a treasure chest, but it's not a real treasure until you can open it and sell what's inside. Before the treasure is ready to be sold, it is called "prospective" or "contingent".
he company has to do a lot more work, like making sure they have permission from the government, getting the right tools, and finding the best way to get the special air out of the ground...
he company's share price changes every day, like a game. When people hear that the expert map-reader found treasure, they might get excited and want to play, making the price go up. But other things, like how the company is doing overall or what other people are doing in the market, can also change the game's score....
