"Prospective" and "Contingent" treasure: It's like finding a treasure chest, but it's not a real treasure until you can open it and sell what's inside. Before the treasure is ready to be sold, it is called "prospective" or "contingent".

We found a massive treasure of balloon gas deep underground!

Imagine a big, big field in a country called Tanzania, in Africa. A company found a special kind of "bubble water" (called an aquifer) deep, deep in the ground, almost like a giant underground river.

The UK has new rules for identity verification for directors of UK-registered companies, coming into effect from later this month. However, these new rules still do not apply to directors of companies incorporated offshore, even if they are listed in the UK.

For Gods sake Offle, the form is explicitly for an overseas company to appoint a permanent representative in respect of a UK establishment. The person appointed is authorised to represent the company in matters related to its UK-based operations. This is distinctly different from a director filing, which is the procedure for UK-registered companies.

I give up, you clearly have little knowledge in this area and yet still think you can argue with me....some people...

While the company must announce his appointment to the market, it does not mean that the individual director, Nishant Dighe, needs to be registered with the UK's Companies House. The UK's filing requirements only apply to UK-incorporated companies. HE1 is Incorporated in BVI...
