According to a Panmure Liberum report dated November 14, 2025, Helium One announced FY25 results with a net loss of $(4.9m) on zero revenue, though the report considers these historical numbers largely irrelevant given recent changes.

The company is transitioning to production with its Colorado project targeting first gas before the end of 2025 and is also advancing development in Tanzania after being awarded a Mining Licence.

The report maintains a BUY recommendation with a target price of 3.2p, noting that the company is funded through next year

We would suggest that the need to secure additional funding in order to advance Tanzania and the next phase of development at Galactica Pegasus continues to provide a headwind for the shares.
