Every prospecting company needs to raise money and issues some dilution now and again. Remember, mining isn’t completed on an empty pot of money.

Also remember, it wasn’t so long ago our share price was 1/10th of what it is today and our prospects were dire.

Mofo Holdings LLC, controlled by Moshe Schlisser, has acquired a significant stake in Amigo Resources PLC, now holding 21.006883% of the voting rights. This acquisition, totaling 250,000,000 ordinary shares, occurred on April 14, 2026, following the mandatory conversion of convertible loan notes. The enlarged issued share capital of Amigo Resources PLC is 1,190,088,160 ordinary shares.

I think it’s quite a positive RNS and strategic moves we should be taking now rather than later .

Regards the comment ‘consolidation to facilitate dilution to oblivion’ isn’t quite right there as we’re buying more of Aspire so we get something for our money, and therefore it’s not dilution, I’m not concerned with it.

As far as raising before or after resolutions are passed, it’s the same thing, 1billion before 1000:1 consolidation is the same as 1m after. By the time the AGM happens and the resolutions are passed, which they will be, all of this will be priced in, starting today. The sp is 19.5% down as I type but it may present an opportunity to maybe top up for some?!

Whatever happens post-AGM, we may well have more pro-rata shares in issue, but to the financial world looking in it’ll be a modest amount in issue at a pence per price, rather than an sp at 1000ths of a pence which, long term, might present an image of weakness or failure to retail and corporate investors.

There's plenty of shares, they're just not a good bunch to deal with. You need a broker who will deal on your terms not theirs. I use IG Trading and they're very good, they've never missed a trade for me yet plus it's free to trade AND interest on uninvested funds........ ;)

I'd 100% like to know that too. I suspect they can't publish the revamped website until the name change has been sanctioned at the AGM. It's quite likely to already be written and ready for immediate publication following the AGM.

In July 26 I'll have been invested in AMGO for 6 years averaging 5.17p

I started adding more from April 25 to November 25 between 0.33p and 0.288p and are now a 6 bagger.

I'm proud to be sitting on a share pile 6X my original investment, averaging a rather healthy 0.99p, and all the confidence in the world for AMGOs future :)

What are your opinions on me divesting my holding (30m) in Caledonian Holdings (at a loss I might add) now that Jim has resigned from Amigo? I bought Cal because I thought he may RTO Cal into Amgo. Obviously Cals business model is financial services investor based, hence Cal buying into AlbaCo. However, as unseen by us all, it's Amigo that has shifted it's focus into mining...which pleases me.

If I liquidate Cal, I'll move it all into Amigo.
