It seems to me from reading again the RNS released on Monday morning that the Court hearing is scheduled for 2 days and we’ve only had one.

“The Court sanctioning hearing for the Company's proposed Schemes of Arrangement (the 'Schemes'), originally announced on 6 December 2021, is scheduled to be held on 23 and 24 May 2022.”

“Pending completion of the Court hearing, the Company will request the suspension be lifted.“

So the consensus here is we will recommence trading tomorrow and the SP will fly away but will we? I would have thought the company would have released an announcement confirming the lifting of the suspension today, but it hasn’t, so will we or won’t we?

Only 1 sleep til we find out.

Hmmm….So at exactly what price did Amigo decide it would need to raise at? With healthy SP rises on the cards now the 19:1 dilution should surely reduce?

So pleased to see the board thinks it deserves a £50000 bonus when the share price has halved in a few months!! I’m pleased that they haven’t taken shareholders a cash and opted for shares, at least that is a little bit encouraging.

It would be nice to see bonuses paid on success and I don’t see much evidence of that here at the moment.

Perhaps the reason for this unprecedented rise in the SP was indeed a leak before an RNS that could be released tomorrow in the wake of the Government's Plan B announcement??

This is of no surprise, remember this clue in the RNS on 09/09: “ In light of the encouraging trial results, St George Street Capital will immediately start to undertake commercial discussions with potential licensees and/or fundraise for further clinical trials to investigate AZD1656 in a larger study.”

They're not all sell Noodles, the algorithm is reporting them as sells because the spread is so close and it can't work out what it is. IT IS A USELESS AND POINTLESS ALGO!!

These numbers are in no way accurate and in this day and age the actual transaction type should have been addressed by now to stop deceiving the PI. Do not rely on the trades data.

If you want to know the truth in these trades you have to do dummy sells/buys and get a quote!

All those prices above .1965 are all buys, I've been getting dummy buy quotes all day.

How simple can it be to scrap there algorithm and add a compulsory buy/sell box on the trade!!

I have a holding in IG too. For some reason they completed the consolidation at 220:1 in error,
I immediately contacted them about this and also about the price which shows 110.01p. I see today that they have now corrected this to the pre GM quantity but the price is wrong.

You need to go to your statements and look for the transactions on there and take a screenshot.

Did any shareholder manage to take advantage of this prior to/and at the GM? "The Company will provide a facility for Shareholders to join the General Meeting either online or telephonically and there will be an opportunity for Shareholders to ask questions. In order to facilitate the process, and so that questions can be fully answered at the end of the meeting, the Board would request questions to be submitted in advance, before 5 p.m. on 9 June 2021."

I think I had this too, but IIRC I set up an account previously. So I went back into the app on my phone and it went straight in and there it was a message from Telegram with the code.
