If VELA are actually selling up CDT and the 60m+ and 70m+ trades are theirs, whilst OUR share price falls of the edge of a cliff for no apparent reason, then one or more of the BoD need relieving of their seat(s) at the big table as it would be incompetence at the highest level

Some clarification on whether they are selling or what else might be affecting the SP would be a pretty good start

Well I’m with Musk on this, I’m very disappointed with the sp today especially after the performance on Friday, currently down 7%

The board are not that bright, IMO, they just got lucky on this investment but it hasn’t paid off for is yet, and it should have.

Now I’m all for steady SP growth but the BOD have done nothing to stop its slide over the last few months👎🏽

Maybe they should’ve released the RNS early doors today and not at 3pm on a Friday like they did??!!🧐

So, some pretty wild predictions by posters of a 4-10p sp are simply outrageous. How can you suggest an increase of 10X to 25X on the current sp when we will be shafted by ‘considerable dilution’ probably increasing the factor 50X to 100X to get to those prices?

I desperately wanted to see Amigo rise from the ashes but questionable moves like this by the BoD now have me laughing at their decisions

Sorry to say I’ll be exercising my right to vote NO if dilution is ‘considerable’. If there’s no value for me, then there should be none for the BoD👎🏽

Amigo is over 92% down in my portfolio and they are talking significant dilution…..if it’s a considerable dilution I’ll be voting NO.

After all, with the loyalty of shareholders throughout this sorry saga we’ve nothing else to lose while the BoD and interested

businesses do. This is essentially a reverse takeover: bailout for Amigo and a cheap plc for the new business!
