It’s a criminal offence not to and the comp directors can be fined …. More worrying is …

If they are not sending in accounts and don’t send in a confirmation statement then it’s entirely possible that they will be struck off … then we are all knackered ..

This is very serious for the company and should not be overlooked …

Neo also have to meet a deadline at companies house tomorrow for the confirmation Statement

They must do this even if they are suspended
