Why have they not had an agreement set up whilst in suspension?

They are suspended and technically bankrupt …

I know they’ve got the assett in the ground and people will buy I am confident of that

Suspension of Trading

The Company's shares were suspended from trading on the London Stock Exchange on 31 January 2025, as a result of a delay in the publication of the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2024.

As at the date of this report the suspension in trading is still in place.

Upon publication of the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2024 and its interim accounts for the six-month period ended 31 March 2025, the Company will request that the current suspension from trading is lifted.

It wouldn't surprise me if this does not relist until January 2026 ... Here is why

We know from the recent RNS that there is a meeting this week for the accounts that have been completed.

Then , and I think this is a bit we have potentially missed or NEO will use as an excuse .... The RNS states...

as well as MKS' partner review process which is underway to ensure the quality, compliance, and appropriateness of the overall audit engagement and the final audit report issued by MKS

I am reading that this gets done at the same time or immediately after but in any case before the accounts are published.

There will be a period of time for the above.... Then...

The companies accounts will be released via an RNS ............ Then 5 days later ( a week later) .....

Then the companies interim results will be published .... Then and only then will application be made to have NEO's suspension lifted.....

So I am suggesting a number of weeks rather than next week as some have suggested.

I am shooting for either side of Christmas at best but perhaps re list Jan 2026 with lots of news flow to help boost the price (not that its going to need it imho )

I must admit that I have also gone in too deep in NEO

Don’t know what I was thinking off … I got a bit carried away . I am much more confident again though that this will reap the huge rewards … of course no matter what we say or do may not help your friend … I pray that they will find a way to keep their home .

My thoughts process would be …

It’s suited NEO very nicely to be suspended for so long …

They are very near re list but I think they feel if they can push it back till around Jan the news flow and additional agreements will sky rocket the SP

They’ve put some thought process in and are ensuring/ suggesting they won’t get suspended again … so I say Christmas time / early Jan..

Happy ( really happy ) to be proved wrong but I don’t think it’s a bad tac tic and only a few more weeks for potential further gains and stability in the share .. although I’ve been very frustrated and at times very critical , I would certainly take the Jan re list …. This really has the potential to make many of some life changing money .

Dip on initial open but ….. if they manage to do what they say (if) …. Then after the initial sell off for those desperate to get their money back ( of which I totally understand ) i would imagine a quick uptick and several multiples within a short period of time … having the next set of accounts done will sent great signals to the markets … we have huge assets … very promising indeed

They simply could have updated me to say so … it takes seconds …

They simply can’t ever seem to do what they say they are going to do…. Sure I’m keeping my shares in the company if it re lists … I believe it will but I have a little niggle that I / we are also bringing conned … let’s hope that’s not the case …. It the alternative is that they are clearly rather incompetent… thankfully the asset is huge .

I have engaged with Jason this morning on an update with the elements below as well as other project updates. Either the results will be published tomorrow or an RNS – more likely an RNS.

On top of that she also on the first email copied Theo in … as did I on my reply …

So it’s clear to me they just don’t care what we think … they feel they can treat us like mushrooms ..

What did Jason say to you ? Does it fall in line with what was said to me ? And what do you make of it all ?

I am very disappointed that shareholders have not been updated bi weekly as previously stated In the company RNS 3rd September 2025

Seeing as though company accounts are extremely late and we are also overdue on confirm statement , the company risk being struck off at companies house

Please can you advise me when we will next have an RNS or alternatively tell me the current position

 The AFS have gone for second partner review with final queries raised.  We would rather get certainty on timing as this keeps moving out.  The company is communicating with the FSC so the company should not be struck off at Companies House.

 

The Sibanye deal is ongoing – the Section 11/102s were submitted but this too is taking long – Sibanye is driving this process.

 

Hopefully there should be either an RNS with and update at the end of this week or the publication of the AFS.  The interim results will follow shortly thereafter.

 

We have secured a SA based experienced FD to take over once these AFS are issued as the UK chap was not delivering at all.  The SA side of things were provided almost a year ago.  It is unacceptable but we have to finish off the process with the UK guy.

They reiterated they would be updating today …

I told them I wouldn’t not post as they would be updating but for some strange reason the do not I shall post just after 6pm … but I still believe they will post today
