Wouldn’t surprise me if they don’t put out an RNS tomorrow to get the juices flowing

It has been my experience in life that people will forgive you if you hold your hands up and say sorry .

Why on earth you don’t actually do what you say you’re going to do is beyond me .

The only reason I can give is that you don’t respect the tens of thousands of pounds people like us are putting into your company . You really owe it to yourselves to do what you say .

Neo Energy, the near-term, low-cost uranium developer, wishes to advise the public that the Investor Presentation previously announced on 3 September 2025 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, 22 October 2025 at 7:00 p.m. GMT.

This update follows increased investor interest and is intended to allow all shareholders and interested parties the opportunity to participate. To accommodate this broader engagement, the presentation will now be conducted live and online, in partnership with StockBox Media.

An update will be provided by Mr Theo Botoulas, Chief Executive Officer and Mr Jason Brewer, Chairman on the Company's recent developments and outlook, followed by a Q&A session. The Company invites all shareholders and interested parties to join and engage directly.

Further details, including access information, will be provided in due course and will be available across our online platforms.

The Board extends its appreciation to shareholders for their continued patience and support.

The RNS’s have said they will hold a number of meetings … they need to tell us when .

The RNS on 3rd September said under the heading

Communication Commitments ( amongst other things )

• Issuing a shareholder Q&A addressing the most common questions received.

How to we submit these questions and how will they be answered ..

If it’s gonna be at next weeks meetings then they need to tell us where they are … and sharpish … come on NEO don’t let yourselves down again …. So what you say you’re gonna do . Regards

There’s obviously still time today but if they don’t understand what I weekly is then there is not much hope for them … my opinion is they simply don’t care what we think the asset is that good then if we sell someone else will buy our shares …. That’s all they really care about … that’s obvious to me

They leave everything to the last minute or late in my opinion because they don’t value us … simple as that . Trouble is …. It will bite them in the bum …

If you produce a document via way of an RNS saying updates bi weekly until resumption of trading …

For any avoidance of doubt …

The company say they recognise shareholders concerns ..

They also say

GOING FORWARD …. That means from now onwards

So not having updated us they have not done what they said / made people believe they were going to do.

Neo management please do what you promised and update immediately.

I appreciate your frustration that we are not trading again now but ….

You moan about Tweets and want RNS’s

You get a fairly lengthy one with a way forward and you’re still not happy .

There is lots to be happy about and to hold them to account about .
