Hi RL, I love your optimism and I hope you are correct.
To be honest I hope news arrives in Oct as markets should pick up after next week:-)

I am hanging on to the thought that maybe Align know a bit more than we do and that is why they are quiet.
They have loaned funds to the company in the past, so hopefully they would agree to do it again if the company needed it?
The flowchart on the website suggests financial close for Tring Road anytime now.
I would hope that this comes with some kind of small upfront payment to the company?
Having said that I don’t think it would have much effect on the share price after the Avonmouth fiasco.

It seems strange that Align are so quiet?
They have a big stake in the company and given big financial backing at a much higher share price.
There target was 19p so they can’t be happy with the situation, yet they have said nothing?

To me it feels as though the market has no faith in the management, all talk and no action.

They keep saying the license is on its way so let’s see?
The Nickel mines are the only way the company is going to attract investors IMO, after The Peakers mess no one is going to take the FGS side seriously.

We have seen it before with other dog shares where one piece of news transforms the company, PREM is an excellent example of this.
If they sell a nickel mine or have a binding financial backer for the project where there is no dilution for existing shareholders, then that could be a catalyst for the rise.
JP is very capable of pulling something like this off.
Fingers crossed for everyone, after what we have had to put up with, we deserve it.

I suspect he was kept on by JP for his knowledge of the assets.
I have been critical but he does have decent industry knowledge.
It’s the way he has promised so much to shareholders that really annoys me and the lack of respect towards us over the Avonmouth debacle.
If he had come out and apologised on one of his podcasts for getting it wrong, he probably would have been forgiven by most on here.
To blame the sp collapse on the macro and economic environment was extremely poor and then to say the project was uninvestable was a total lack of respect to everyone on here and to other shareholders.

Remember all the excitement on this board about the pending financial close for Avonmouth?
While we waited patiently for the RNS, instead we get a podcast off our CEO to say the project is uninvestable .

That just about sums up this company.
A CEO who talks far too much and delivers nothing.

According to the latest presentation they have set the Lease decision by end of year.
They are also saying that Tring Road will achieve financial close within the coming weeks.
Let’s see if they deliver on either within there stated time frames?

We have plenty of patience, the company just doesn’t deliver.
It’s the Avonmouth saga that has killed this, the market doesn’t have trust in the company anymore.
He told us after waiting 6 mths for financial close, that The Peakers are uninvestable?
If this was the case why did the company take it on and why were us and Align under the impression that a deal was almost done?

As there are a few claims ongoing, below is an explanation of each claim.
People need to posting negative stuff on here and look at the potential opportunity.

CLAIM 1 against jv partner ref wells PG10 & PG11A
SETTLED
Paid €650k Aug 2022
Payment due €850k early Sep 2022

Further payments due circa €270k per month to end Nov 23. Say €4m in total

CLAIM 2 against jv partner
Other wells in dispute & subject to mediation in Sept. Perhaps €3 to 5m due to #AST

FIRST 2 CLAIMS TOTAL UP TO €10m (£9m) vs mkt cap £8m

CLAIM 3 against Slovenia Gov is THE big one. Claim may even exceed €500m for:
1. Capital invested - circa £50m
2. Loss of earnings, profits & expropriation of assets etc.

A reshuffle of both would be super:-)

I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw a reshuffle of the BOD at some point.

The reason the MC is so low in regards to the assets is because the market has zero confidence in the performance of the management.

Very quiet since he said this, summer is nearly over?

They have got new investors on board so hopefully they will put the BOD under pressure to deliver.

We should remind them of this quote every day

TBH I am not sure it will have much effect on the sp, unless the RNS states the plan going forward.
It’s probably the most important RNS for the company and they need to get it right.
If it’s vague or wishy washy, the sp will stay at 0.45p

I would imagine there is something pending, they would need a story to tempt the new holders to invest?

I am tempted but haven’t yet.
TBH one of the reasons that is stopping me is the quote from the last podcast.

After the Avonmouth financial close saga, I would take anything that’s said in a podcast with a pinch of salt.

Good post Dicko, it will be interesting how the market will view the issue of the license?
I really really hope that SK and Co have been planning for the day and are ready to hit the ground running when we get the license?
Without a timetable for getting the stuff out of the ground and sold, I fear that the issue of the license wont make much difference to the sp.

Surely they won’t make a mistake like that will they ??????
