We have all been waiting for this for what seems forever.
Does anybody on here have any experience or thoughts as to how the sp will react if it is issued?

It’s a bit strange that they haven’t updated the news flow roadmap?
The presentation is still dated June and is still showing the license to be issued by year end.
So either the license is coming very soon or they can’t be bothered updating the presentation for shareholders?

Hi John, IMO it’s not JP who is the weak link here.
The blame lies firmly with the CEO who has over promised and under delivered, and taken a big salary for his failure.

Hi RL, hope you are well.
It looks to me like they are trying to create a move up.
There are lots of new shares issued with warrants, so I think the most we can expect is the .50 .60p area depending on the news.
A big plus for me is that DL is involved, his involvement can come with big moves but it doesn’t always work out that way.

Do we are stuck with them for a further year?

I am wondering if we entering a period of heavy news flow?
I think they want to get the sp up to get everyone off there back and to pay the debt off?
If we get get back to .70p area for starters, that will get many to cash in there warrants which will bring in further cash.
They are going to need funds for next year though, just to run the company. Where will that come from?
The obvious solution here is to sell one of the Nickel mines, that would solve everything:-)

If this share is not much good, do you have any suggestions of AIM companies that you think might do well?

Not having a go at Mr Ranger here but it always puzzles me why ex shareholders continue to post on chat boards of companies that they no longer hold shares in?

Hi Mike, that would be great if we get a decent rise into the new year.
We have all been very patient and to be straight the company have let us down big time this year.
However if they can turn this around and give the loyal share holders some return on our investment, then all will be forgiven in my book.

Good post Mike, I think they will want that ROI is quick time too, delays in projects have not been good and ruined the good sentiment we used to have,
I think fortunes here are slowly turning around, they now need to make the most of it.

This could surprise to the upside if we get the right news.
The Nickel license could land at anytime and there is this interesting line in the RNS yesterday
“The Company is currently active on various potentially transformational battery metal transactions in South America.”

Imagine we got license news and then this in Jan, the sp would go ballistic.

I feel far more positive now, what gives me confidence is that big investors have invested at much higher prices.
The new investor has put in nearly £500000 at 0.40p which is a big premium, they won’t have done this unless they knew they are going to get a decent return.

What is the saying again “ follow the money” ?

Nothing wrong with enthusiasm.
At least the company now has some funds and a near term project to look forward too.
This new outfit have made a big commitment and they know far more than us.
The PNG license ( if it comes off ) will change everything instantly.

Let’s get behind the company and see where the next few months takes us.

It’s a excellent interview with DL , this is just what we need.
They need to get Dave on the BOD, he would be a fantastic asset and would certainly add value to the company and perk up the sp.

Well done to the company for raising the cash in tricky conditions.
If I was SK, this is what my plan would be.

Get the sp back to 1p as soon as possible,plenty of warrants would be cashed in, the new investors would get there money back and more besides and a lot the PIs would be a lot happier.

As leader of the company, the performance of the CEO has been disgraceful.
Things go wrong and that is something that no one has control over, but to talk projects up and not deliver is not acceptable.
Any potential investors looking at this will run a mile.

At least he is enthusiastic.
The company has great assets but needs promoting , so keep up the good work Earl
