I wonder if the launch will tie in with the issue of the mining lease?

This Brazil O and G asset sounds quite intriguing, they say it will be a productive asset, so how will they fund it ?

I wouldn’t surprise me if there was news pending on this asset.

There seems to be a lot going on , £2 mill market cap is very very cheap for what they have..

Thank Ed, if the sp rises before news and some of these get cashed, that would be ideal for the sp longer term.
It wouldn’t take much to get this to 0.35 over the next couple of weeks

As I mentioned the other day, I was very critical last year as they made a complete b**** up of everything.

They seem focused and are heading down a new route to create shareholder value.
Based on the SK podcast he sounded very confident of a rising sp this year and a higher market cap.
Surely he won’t lead us down the garden path again will he?

How do warrants work?
Is it right if they are cashed, they bring funds into the company?

I think this time is different, they need to build some shareholder value

I think this is his last chance, surely he wont make the same mistake again will he ?
i feel a bit more confident this time and its due to the recent RNS, they put a lot of detail in there that they didnt need to mention ( see below )

However, the Company cautions that there can be no certainty at this point of such a transaction completing, and that further announcements will be made as appropriate "

we have been here before with SK , so i am not getting too excited .
he is under pressure to deliver, Align have invested big at much higher prices and they will want to see a return.
Brazil has suddenly become the focus and this is a country rich in Oil, Gas and other natural resources, incl Lithium.
it sounds like they have a deal of some kind pending, all should be clear in the coming few weeks ?

very interesting interview, i have been very critical of SK on here with good reason.
they certainly seem to be working hard to turn things around and there seems to be a lot going on in the background ?
SK has put his head on the block with those market cap predictions ( £15-20 mill if a few things fall into place)
it sounds like we dont have to wait very long for news either.

This part of the news release hints at the assets they are looking at?

“ The Company further announces it is now broadening its strategic focus to include the full range of extractive industries including oil and gas alongside mining. This reflects the unique opportunities available in the onshore oil and gas sector at present and the e3xecutive team's experience, connectivity and skill set in this sector. The Company will review its staffing model during Q1 to reflect this broadening and its evolving technical requirements.

There are quite a lot of onshore producing assets for sale in Brazil at the moment, so let’s see what happens.

There is a lot going on at the moment and the Investor meeting in March sounds intriguing.
I would be very surprised if they were doing this just based on the Aussie asset, I think they have something bigger up there sleeve?

Hi Mike, any thoughts on what this producing Oil asset maybe and how it will be funded.
I thought they might have been more chatter about this as it would be a massive shift and potentially transformational for us?

If this was too happen, would it involve a short term suspension while the RTO was being finalised?

I feel far more positive on this than I have for a long time.
It feels like they are trying to create some value and the news flow for the coming months is building.

Get the feeling this is going to pop when we least expect it.
