If this is the strategy they are taking a big gamble.
First of all they have to get the deals done ( which let’s face it ,they haven’t had the ability or know how to do so far )

Secondly we need the broader market to improve,otherwise the market may not realise the extra value created?

One quote stood out for me
“ current price is an attractive entry point, one that will probably be never to be seen again “
I think in a couple of months time, if there is no improvement in the sp, we should be reminding him if this quote.

We have a fantastic list of assets but a management team that promise so much and deliver so little.

Align are not happy but have been very quiet so far, so I suspect something is going to be announced very soon?

The market is not impressed with the management IMO.
RGM had a history of not delivering and it’s not changed under the new name.
They need to sell an asset to derisk the company or financially close a project for the market to take them seriously.
Until they can do that, they are just playing at it.

They supposedly have an American Investment Bank on board to help them find funding but it’s been very quiet on that front so far?

If offers had been made, would they have to inform the market?
