We are approaching mid year now,If nothing happens this year in regards to the Peakers and the ML, then they will have a lot of explaining to do.

Even Align said in March, that they “ expect the coming months to be exciting for shareholders “ or words to that effect.
It’s just really frustrating that they can’t seem to finalise a project.

Good post, although he shouldn’t have given those timelines in that interview as it’s clear now that January was never remotely possible.

Listened to the interview, no mention of Avonmouth/Tring Road.
Thoughts anyone?

Hopefully a Align note will hint at the way forward?

Surely with the infrastructure costs, they will flip it?
How much would it be currently worth?

Hopefully we will hear some more interviews now, to give us more detail on it?

I have been critical of the BOD due to consistently missed timelines but I have to say well done to SK, JP and the rest of the team for getting this over the line.
Hopefully this is a turning point for the company.

In the Dec StockBox interview was said “ hopefully Dec, might slip into Jan” for financial close on Peakers.
However thinking about it, he didn’t mention which year?

“ Meanwhile, discussions on offtake continue with the Shandong New Powder COSMO AM&T ("NPC"), with NPC stakeholders expected to meet in China at the end of March to discuss the potential offtake agreement in more detail as well as to work through the nickel product specifications required by Chinese precursor plants, which would process the nickel for end use in the NPC cathode plant.“

Did they meet?
What was the result of the meeting?

The latest presentation is suggesting May for the Peakers and late summer for the Mining License?
Although timelines seem to get moved out on a regular basis.
It’s a bit strange that there has been no feedback on the Offtake meeting that was meant to have happened a few weeks ago ?
Scott hasn’t been doing any interviews for the past few weeks, so maybe something is on the way?

Is there a possibility the new contracts could be fixed for longer than a year ?

Align have a 10p price target.
Does anybody know what there track record is in regards to the recommendations reaching the target?

Good post Mike, although I think the market just doesn’t believe the story .
All the timelines are missed by a long way and the buzz word from last year “ value inflection points “ haven’t added any value to the sp at all.
Align seem to be very committed which is reassuring but I would feel better if the sp was past 2p and making some progress.

We didn’t know at that point about the Energy auctions that took place in Feb, so those timelines were never going to happen.
Very strange indeed?

Shouldn’t we have heard something from this offtake meeting by now?
