It’s Align Research, they have been supporting over the company over the past of years.

We have a few big investors now,I don’t think they are here too loose money :-)

We are still only £3mill market cap, we could easily get to £10-15 with the purchase of some more decent oil assets?

Align sound very confident on the future, this is what they said last week.

“ we believe a market cap of £40-50m is achievable here within 18 months subject to successful Angolan field redevelopments”

It does feel like they are trying to build something here.

I think we should see some further news ahead of the presentation?

Wouldn’t it amazing if JP could pull off another Sound Energy type rise, that went from around 5p to £1 before the sector took a dive.

I spectacular rise would certainly shut the critics up :-)

Hi Steve, I would think it’s some kind of technical trade ,rollover or something as the price hasn’t moved.

If it was a buy, there surely would have been a price increase?

Hi Steve, if the mean the deal being finalised, then I don’t think they need to issue an RNS for this.

The RNS last week mentioned that there would be finalised and there would be a signing ceremony last week (the signing ceremony went ahead )

I don’t think they need to confirm it went ahead as planned.

They are planning a presentation soon so i would imagine there is news coming.

Markets are likely to be volatile over the next week, so I hope it’s announced in a couple of weeks when hopefully everything has settled down.

It looks like they are trying to completely revamp the company and the Angola assets are a great start.

With our tiny market cap, these assets are going to look excellent value once the market wakes up.

Thanks for spotting the small details in the RNS, as I had missed that.

In a few months time we could have a multi asset O and G portfolio, just think where are market cap could be then :-)

Risk off in the markets at the moment, I think once it’s confirmed and they do some publicity then it should change.

Hopefully they will do a podcast soon, that will give us a better understanding of the deal.

Long RNS today, so a lot to take in and to be honest the wording was to technical for me:-)

Do you know what level of income this asset would produce for us, or is it too early to say?

It sounds good but we need a O and G expert to explain it to us in layman’s terms:-)

I am sure they must have known what current production levels were when they were negotiating?

They need to get the deal done and get out of there.
