I believe the new investor has another portion of investment funds due.

I wonder if the sp is being suppressed to get him a good buy in level?

Both our sp and Riversgold have been sliding down over recent days, so it’s probably non commercial.

The Riversgold sp has been dropping for the past week, so it might be best not to get hopes up?

Big sell trade?

I really hope we hear something soon on the other stuff, we were meant to be having a rebrand and presentation but it’s gone quiet?

I wonder if the possible sale of this asset has put a short delay on other news?

If I remember rightly, isn’t there a stack of warrants at around .50p
If these are exercised, this will give us more cash?
What sp level would need to be reached for these to be exercised?

Good post Ed, at least the risk is a little lower now, now that we have a bit of cash.
By the time we start trading again on Tuesday, we will have been drilling around a week.
You never know we might hear some initial thoughts on the drill early next week?

Yeah good news today, it certainly shows they are capable of doing a decent deal
We are in a far better position now, loans partly paid down with a nominal amount left and we have some cash in the bank.

If Mambare is sold and we get £5-6 mill for it, that would be around double the market cap in cash and we still own Wowo outright.
Surely that alone would have a big impact on our sp?
Would you say that’s a fair valuation for our share of Mambare?

DC, there had been some serious PR by them in Aus
I have seen at least 2 interviews by the CEO explaining the asset and the drill plan.
Corcel have done nothing which I find really odd seeing as this is such a big event for the company?
It’s a though they are playing it low key for some reason?

I did wonder whether there is something in the offing at that involves a share issue?
Maybe a new asset that is being paid for in shares?

I have moaned a lot too but with good reason I think.
The performance of the management last year was shocking and they need to turn it around to show they the capable of building a company and creating some shareholder value.
They have some big investors aboard, so I would think they are being kept on there toes.
The market has given a low market cap because they are doubts they can deliver?
Can SK and JP prove them wrong, let’s see.

Riversgold have been promoting the drill where as Corcel have kept it low key?
A bit strange really, seeing as this is the first drill they have been involved in for a long time?

Riverdale have been more active in promoting the drill over recent weeks
Not heard a peep from Corcel since that podcast a couple of months ago.
