LO still hold a big stake, I think they will sell them all over the coming months.
Any new investor with a longer term view will probably do okay accumulating shares over this period.

Corcel have the offtake agreement in place and I can’t see how that would stand if they no longer own the asset?
SK has the connections with the group and Battery Metals don’t, so as you say it might be a cunning plan by Battery Metals?

I would hope the JV still goes ahead as they still have Wowo , they own it 100% and the probably more valuable?
You would hope that the companies involved have already a plan in place in case Battery Metals didn’t want to be involved in the JV.
Hopefully we get more news soon on how much cash we receive?

The license saga has dragged on with no sign of it being granted.
They are a bit coy on the value, let’s hope it’s a decent amount? :-)

The RNS was released during trading hours, so that suggests that the news was released as soon as possible?

I would be surprised if this was a bad deal, otherwise why do it?
They have a bit of cash and the market didn’t attach much value to Mambare anyway?
As Ed says Wowo Gap is the main Nickel asset and we hold 100% of it.

The company have stated historically that the asset was worth 20mill.
Not sure if that was for the whole thing or not.

Disappointing to the sp slowly slipping down, we are losing the good momentum that we had.

The debt is less than £500000 and is not due for a while, so hardly an issue.

For what reasons would this kind of meeting be called?

The majority of AIM investors stay away from JPs companies as they think they return no value but continue to take high wages and he gets a lot of stick in various boards for it.
If I was him I would looking to prove them very wrong.
