This is just the start too, we are waiting for the announcement on the new Brazilian assets:-)

The lack of trades maybe down to the low level of publicity.

They had a recent presentation in London but decided not to record it.

We need to hear from the new BOD there plans and ambitions for the company and then maybe the market will take notice.

Top post , you really know your stuff on O and G.

In addition to all this we have AK at the helm, so with his contacts and experience, funding will not be an issue.

Corcel could turn out to be one of the star performers of 2024 if everything falls into place:-)

This is starting to feel very exciting.

The sp is way too low for there current assets, it’s the uncertainty that has put it down here.

Mambare, Canegrass, Mt Weld and the Angola oil for £3.5 mill mkt cap is just plain silly.

Together with the minimal debt, it should be around double.

A board reshuffle and the new strategy going forward, will fix that:-)

If they bring in some experienced names, this could really boost the sp.

It will be interesting to see what the next step is on Canegrass, maybe they have a potential buyer already?

They surely need to bring some new blood into the team, as there is currently a lack of O and G experience now that JP is leaving.

They have the Angola assets and are hoping to expand into Brazil, so hopefully they have someone high profile and experienced in mind?

Some directors are leaving, so maybe they are selling?

TBH when Mt Weld was announced I thought it was bought just to create some excitement in the sp.

It’s been very quiet since Spring when they did the series of drills, so not expecting much from it.

Looking forward to the restructure and hearing more from the new team.

Hopefully we have a period of news flow coming and the sp can make some progress.

Any views on here around the existing assets?

We now know they are looking at a restructure, so what could this be?

Earlier in the year they planned a duel listing, it’s not been announced but I think it’s safe it say that it’s been postponed due to the issue with Mambare?

Maybe this could be revived,?

if we had a separate listing for Mambare, Canegrass , MT Weld and any other stuff we have.

That would surely create some value, especially if they could bring in a decent CEO who specialises in Metals?

That would leave AK and Co to concentrate on the new O and G assets.

Thoughts anyone?

I wonder what they have planned?

We need to be patient now and let AK and his team get on with the job.
