Zoetec needs a major advertising push both in the retail markets and more particularly in the investor area, as very few know the name or ticker!
There is no history to peruse as a potential investor so NT needs to comprehensively set out the business plan for all to see. Might have to wait til early October for that though!

Another reason for the name change maybe that when we get an OTC listing then the US investors will see no dodgy history and think this is an IPO......all to the good imho.

A DST involves a flow and a shut in period in order to not only measure the rate of flow but also the rate of pressure re-build......all standard practice. They will repeat this several times on different sections of the horizontal well, in the case of Lancaster 9 times, some for clean up and some for detailed analysis. It all builds a picture of what is going on along the 700 m horizontal well and you can make many interpretations on porosity and permeability and marry those to the geology encountered, etc. The initial results will not show all the finer details, which will take sometime to interpret.

I am hoping that NT being one removed from direct management was not fully aware of what was going on........if he was then ffs!.......however he might have known a bit, then joined the company knowing he could Use that knowledge to oust RP......a bit Machiavellian, but possible!?

According to NT the liabilities should be covered by asset sales......but who knows if that’s correct!?

Zoetec has a potentially good future, however there is nothing to hang your hat on yet, so that’s why the sp is hammered, plus negative sentiment from RP going under a black cloud (presumably!.).
If NT can secure a few major distribution contracts, have a good cannabis exhibition, announce launch date of OTC listing, all backed with a good operational update and numbers by early October THEN we will see a change in sentiment and a good move upwards!

Hoping for good news this week from NT!

The hope is that NT was merely a financial adviser not directly reposible for hnr accounts as a finance director! Then he can argue that he didn’t have access to the books til a few months ago and when he did he found things like hidden invoices the eventually brought RP down.......otherwise he was complicit in the shenanigans !

I am increasingly convinced that the financial reporting of this listed company has not been up to regulatory standards, and that is why RP had to go once the true state of the finances and viability of the projects was known. Any listed company must have accounts showing assets and liabilities. These ‘new invoices/liabilities’ requiring the draw down of £500k must have been known for sometime. Also a listed company needs to be audited by an independent auditor, have we got one?
Maybe the assets/projects were also overstated in the accounts!?
I am not an accountant, but I smell some fiddling of the books!!

I think it will take 2 successful wells and 6 mths AM exceeding production plus reservoir update at the January CMD to get this anywhere close to 100 p. Having said that a successful Lincoln well should get us going to 60+ p!

Mcap is underpinned by capital assets, but is usually driven by current and future income potential reflected in the P/E ratio. Some CBD oil companies have P/E’s of over 200 and many IT companies are more. However we have little to no income at present and no future income projections yet, so are very vulnerable. If and when we get substantial income and projected income, and an OTC listing then we will be on the way to a brighter future. Hopefully the October numbers will pave the way!

Although his termination contract might state that he must divest himself of those shares/warrants quickly, otherwise he could be a thorn in the side!

I suspect RP might well keep his shares and warrants and then he has a foot in both camps, Zoetec and his new venture!
I assume his warrants aren’t tied to him being ceo or even the performance of the company, he becomes just another shareholder presumably!?

Bb, I agree as long as NT isn’t too chummy with RP wrt to asset sales and ongoing advice!

Or maybe a big investor didn’t like his big unwarranted bonus last year!

Or the IRS or the fact the taxes on ED, big invoices, etc, were being hidden, not acceptable in any company, let alone a listed company!

I can only think that RP had a big fallout with someone and they demanded his head! Doesn’t make sense otherwise.
It is unlikely to be NT so a big investor or someone in Colorado, Direct 8 family perhaps!?

Because they are stronger together at least in the short term, until Zoetec is self sustaining!
