You seem to know the OTC rules so I bow to your authority in that regard. The way you put it seems very positive, which is great,........any idea how long said application typically takes?

I would hope there is more news on OTC listing, distribution agreements, etc in less than 6-8 weeks!
Also a more detailed statement on how the new funds are being spent, on upgrade of facility and marketing, etc.

There seems to be only two types on this BB the negatives and the positives.
If you are negative and wish to denigrate everything that RP says or does, then why bother, unless you have an ulterior motive, just sell and move on!
If you are positive then accept the past was not great and put it behind you, its history, but laud the possibility of a brighter future, especially if a LTH. The sp is not about to crater further IMO, and the potential for future sp growth is good, but of course by no means certain yet!
All bonuses tied to sp is a good sign, and they might make even more than before (which will put some people out!), but who cares if they win we win! I would expect there to be a cap on how much the bonuses can go to, but doubt it will happen. Anyone remember how much the Persimon directors made with no bonus cap and all tied to sp recovery!?

The rns did state the plural " high net worth individuals", so most likely more than one, but I guess less than 10, so a few say 5 max!? Even so that is ca £90k each, still quite a statement in the future of the company!?

Yes for better or worse the emphasis is now on Hemp, so if you don't accept/like that then sell, if you want the potential of some money back then its worth waiting to see how things develop in the short term (3-6mths), IMHO.
If they get an OTC listing shortly it could be truly transformational, some CBD companies have a P/E ratio of 200+ (Charlotte's Web for instance)!!

However I don't like words like "exploration" and "firm intention" too vague for me, I would prefer to see something more definitive, like an OTC application IS being prepared and will be lodged in next x weeks and we fully expect to trade on OTC by xx date

It was stated at the CMD that quarterly production figures in arrears will be published by the OGA. So I expect the first report to be in October.

I would expect that the opportunity of an AGM is not just to pass the routine resolutions, but also to reflect on the past, update current plans/projects and give a forecast of events and income for the future, that is an overall business update and plan.

There has to be an rns first thing monday before the AGM if they are going to provide new information/update at the meeting, so here's hoping for good news and the start of the road to recovery!

Many people support the need for action on climate change, including me, BUT what action is the question and in what timescale?
My view is that in the rush to do something we will likely do the wrong thing for the long term benefit, such as when we rushed to diesel and now rushing to electric cars (as if that is the ultimate solution, a no brainer!). So Greta says listen to climate change scientists, but what I want is for people/politicians to listen to the scientists/technologists of solutions and put billions into their research programmes, that is where the big money should be going, not just into more electric charging points.....we might find in a few years that hydrogen or something else is the solution (for cars). There are many angles to this climate change problem and not all based on reduction in fossil fuels, from population control to veggie burgers to stem cell grown meat, etc.
In the mean time I still firmly believe that there is a strong future for homegrown oil and HUR, given all the ongoing geopolitics.

Agree that a fishing job is not the end of the world/well, things rarely go exactly to plan (as you know), but it would certainly be an irritation we could do without! Not fundamental to the final outcome though.....fingers crossed.
Probably means well will not be completed and tested (hopefully) and rns'd (given that HUR tend to only do that when fully complete and lifting anchors), until late Sept though? However some more definite news/rumour likely to be leaked (flare, etc) towards that time, say mid Sept?

Forget about the past, we have to look with optimism to the future! Lets hope that the AGM brings news on OTC listing and a positive Zoetic update at least.
