You obviously didn't listen to the interview. If you had you would have known that Capstone did not take part in any of the recent raises, they purchased shares through the open secondary market and had been accumulating over time which came also as a surprise to the company to get the TR-1 confirmation.
Also with it being a US company they only needed to notify once they got above 5% as opposed to 3% for UK based holders.
On the back of this I can see renewed interest from potential US investors ;))
