No money was raised via the broker option with PI's because they withdrew the offer following the take up by 2 of their senior engineers.

If they were that desperate for another 66k they wouldn't have closed it. I know of quite a few who would have participated given the chance - especially at 3p :))

Nice RNS 5 mins after market close, heavily discounted price is no reflection of the business itself, more a reflection of the state of the markets and equity raises in general at the moment. Anyone getting in below 3p taking advantage like I did - well done :))

Agree, doubt 23p will be seen anytime soon but back to 10p certainly realistic given small size of placing

In the grand scheme of things it's not a big placing and whatever views people may have of the bod there is definitely huge value down at these levels now ....

Took a few at 2.845p - rude not to lol

And they have the nerve to say "pleased to announce" !!

I believe they can get on and build the plant while awaiting approval to actually use it which would indeed save time and hopefully mean production starting sooner :))

Yep, I'm inclined to agree they are already out, with that 270M trade.
Today's RNS showed that they were down to 4.86% on 21st but notified today, therefore I believe they are now fully out, just awaiting confirmation possibly tomorrow or weds that they are out

I'd agree, took some today at 18.44p, nearly bought in last week at around 23p, glad I waited.... :))

Sounds like we're months away from any real term increase in production, as for any JV, it feels like a carrot and stick having been dangled at us all for last 7 months while still hiding behind the excuse of commercial confidentiality :(((
