I started buying in day after the sheikh dumped his holding - highest buy being about 7p and lowest 5.1p with a 6.2p average so at a guess I'm roughly 15k down on paper

Mine are just shy of 3% ...

It's my understanding that none of the 8p warrants can be exercised for a minimum of 6 months by which time I imagine the SP will be far far higher making it more favourable for the warrant holders to exercise...

PEEL back up to over 16% - news can't be far away now....

So let me get this right...placee's that were involved in the conditional subscription 5 weeks ago when the SP was over 6p have still taken part in the placing even though it was just over 5p at the time?!!
Looks to me that there's nothing marginal about it. The fact that they still took part given the SP was lower speaks volumes to me.
Mrs Anani purchased a further £128,548 to bring her holding to just over 3.5M shares or 6% of the company. So given she paid a premium she obviously has confidence along with Zark Capital of seeing a decent return on her investment from 7p levels.

Very odd - all those sells over last few trading days and the bid/offer doesn't budge and then that last buy at 13.31 moves the ask up from 5.25p to 5.50p.....strange

Getting back to oml113 I think PetroNor are very focused on increasing production of both oil and the gas in the field. It clearly fits with their company objectives......

MX Oil expects to pay down Aje project debt by end of 2019

StockMarketWire.com - MX Oil said it still expected to repay project debt on the Aje field in Nigeria after a 12th lifting, expected at the end of the fourth quarter of 2019.

So even if we go with your overly pessimistic view of cash balances of around 700k Spikey, we haven't exactly got long to wait now for the next lifting where we then begin to become cash flow positive....

Partner ADM Energy has advised that development drilling on the Yinka Folawiyo Petroleum-operated Aje field is likely to take place in 2020.
ADM has also informed that technical work has largely been completed and will allow to take a decision on the second phase of the Aje project. Phase 2 targets to add 8-12,000 b/d of oil production from the field.
5% of 12000 b/d is 600 bopd net for adme Spikey.
600 bopd at $63 oil would be roughly £1.14M a month Spikey with years and years of further production.
Either way Spikey it would mean adme's 5% stake becomes far more valuable and in time they could either sell it at a tidy sum and put that into other assets or continue banking decent profits from oml113.
You know your problem Spikey? You have a very negative view of the company based on the past - maybe because you lost money as an investor? Who knows and who cares but you set your pessimistic posts out in such a way as to make those believe that there will continue to be cash calls from the company with little or no prospect of becoming a profitable company with an Mcap of perhaps 10 or more times what it is now.

Couldn't agree more! All to play for here and based on the valuation of adme's stake in oml113 alone we should be back to between 10-15p for just that. Imagine if a deal elsewhere was to be announced too!
The bid was extremely strong into close on Fri - you could actually sell 300k in an instant online quote despite the sells so somebody clearly wants them!

Interesting E AL what appears to be going on behind the scenes at the minute with the trades. In the blink of an eye we could be back to 7p levels.

Good luck buying at that point but the serious money will be made by those taking the opportunity to buy in around the 5-7p area. The only thing that has failed here I'm afraid is your attempt to drag the price down but good luck anyway....
