Peeps here are pricing in the potential mind boggling value of adme's stake in oml 113 and perhaps forgetting that there are potentially 3 deals incoming here on O&G assets in West Africa that Osa is busy structuring as we speak?
Osa confirmed it himself in recent interviews....
Valuation of our stake in oml 113 alone puts this at at least 15p a share - imagine if just ONE of those deals were to land in the coming days?
20p? 25p? 30p?
I'll just leave that thought there for you to think about....oh and by the way peeps are saying Dan Brown is representing the MM's by posting on here, well SpikeyJ is a self confessed ex MM himself - no wonder they both bounce off each other with their de-ramping rhetoric!

Make no mistake this is very good news for adme the future is looking good indeed....

A few interesting points to take away from today's interview:-
* Zark took up the recent placing as they were impressed with the bod's plans to grow the business.
* the next equity raise will be sooner rather than later (probably following the optioning of a deal to completing on a substantial deal) allowing them to move quickly.
* OO wants to get shares in the company but unable to do so at this stage (probably due to the deals he's working on) which is good news.
* They are targeting shallow water and onshore assets with already proven reserves.
imo we can expect some news here in the next week or 2 and the start of a news rich period and therefore expect the SP to head upwards....

Pretty rare for a market maker like Peel Hunt to be holding such a large position in a minnow such as adme. The assumption is that something big (perhaps in one or more of the deals) or just to do with plans for the aje field development is happening as we speak and we may learn very soon just what that is.
They were obviously happy to pick up a large chunk of the sheikh's shares and hold long term just as they have been for a while. A significant announcement or 2 here may catch quite a few out. Considering sentiment and the SP have been on the floor since the sheikh's departure this has a serious amount of upside with decent news....

ABUJA, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) -- Nigeria's state-run oil corporation on Tuesday said the country aims to produce 3 million barrels of crude oil daily, as efforts are underway to actualize the target before the end of 2023.

"The possibilities are high, owing to programs undertaken by the government," Mele Kyari, who heads the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, told lawmakers at the national parliament in Abuja.

"We are much focused today, we know it is possible, we have taken steps to realize this before the end of 2023. A number of interventions are ongoing, including our elaborate intrusion into the frontier basins which we announced oil discovery in the Gongola basin, and we expect many more to happen," he said.

Good time to be invested here me thinks. Can't be far away from an official update on potential development of the aje field or on progress with potential asset acquisitions.
Expecting to see this back to the 6p-7p area next week or double digits if a positive update on either aspect materialises.

IG it looks as though Spikey does care here but for all the wrong reasons lol. News can't be far away now shouldn't take much for this to get back to the 7p level prior to positive news.

I think some games are being played here to try and keep the SP down - several times over today and yesterday some large buy trades have gone through followed within a minute or so by a sell.
For example today a 133k buy went through just before at 12.54 with there having been no trades since 10.12 then within 30 secs a small sell goes through. Very odd....

No offence Spikey but do you know what their plans are to develop the oil and gas at oml 113 with the other partners ? Of course you don't.
Do you know what assets they are hoping to acquire a stake in in West Africa ? Of course you don't.

As for your fag packet calculations on your estimated cash position/cash burn it's all guesswork on your part and pointless really.
Pointless because if they deliver by structuring a couple of deals with attractive assets cash burn would no longer be an issue. That's because they could be generating extra revenue within a short period of time from those assets. Plus after the next couple of liftings the company expect to be cash positive.
I would much rather see perhaps 100M shares in issue further down the line with something tangible to show for it and a much brighter future for adme than the situation that has been the case here for the last few months.

I see no issue here, they already have receipt of a large chunk of it and the rest will follow. Doesn't affect their ability to complete any deals they are working on....
