At the investor meet it was noted that the % split for the 2nd night had been moved from 60/40 to 50/50. With lower costs for the 2nd night, the breakeven Point is even lower (4K tickets), so if it’s a sell out that’s even more revenue. The merchandising is going to be big too, especially if they start selling light sticks and have a captive audience over the whole weekend, and I noted that if they pull in an experienced merchandiser (two were bidding) then KPE are not taking any risk on holding too much stock or having to put capital up front.
Streaming is going to be much bigger than anyone thinks IMO. Then its clear they expect bricklive to return to pre-pandemic levels and there is the return of bricklive exhibitions (bricklive likely to bring the company back into profit this year on its own).
So my own estimates of actual profit this year have gone up considerably. Realistically minimum of £3 million IMO, but could be much more. Depending on what multiple you want to use, that’s a target price of between 19p and 38p
