Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
Thanks for info, unfortunately, I, and perhaps others, am not able to take advantage of some modern communications, deafness, poor eyesight, etc, and tend to rely on RNSs and spill offs by our friendly colleagues such as we find here. ----- Yours, Max.
Glad , to see you back, obviouisly, you feel this company is very well worth supporting, as I do. The transport industry, buses, trains, etc. is going through a revolution, and I am pleased the company has a new CEO, Dr Routh, who seems to have settled in very well. He and Mr Best may well drive us (Pun loosely intended) into a great enterprise beyond current expectations. ----- Yours, Max.
a quick scan of contracts awarded THIS year, 2019, amount to £28M. Any Thoughts ? ----- Yours, Max.
Any comments forthcoming on the two recent changes in the BoD ?
A new Company Secretary ------- Gerhard Du Plessin.
A new Company Chairman ------- Jamie Pike.
May we expect a more dynamic approach from the BoD in the way of Organic Growth, particularly since making up with Boeing ? May we also see a link with European countries in trading using the companies expertise and innovations techniques ----- Yours, Max.
Very grateful to receive your explanations of finance of Acquisition. NO need for apologies, we should all be able to do conversions from Euros to £s and back again. Truth is, it does seem a good move, but the proof will be a little while arriving, however, as you say, it is afoothold in Europe, and a substantial one from first appearances. ----- Yours, Max.
Since Will Scarlett seems to disapear occasionally, is he the cook for the Friar, Robin and Little John ? I hope I got the characters right after all these years ! Good luck on your information trek, particularly mentioning all the GEIC manufacturers of graphene working with Manchester University. Hope they ALL benefit from the exposure in the USA. ----- Yours, Max.
Thanks for your explanation, much easier to grasp. It seems a fair enough deal with what looks like a promising future, and software seems to cross borders more easily than words.
Let us hope Dar and others take notice that we are takimg off in to space ! ----- Yours, Max.
I think you are exactly right about Bre. Can you tell us the amount in £s we are paying, please ? Since there seems to be a variety of Software available globaly, this company may have developed IT for particular purposes which is much different from from Polaris and others in the group. If so, this would broaden the scope we now have. ------ Yours, Max.
Cheers for their engineers, came in answer to urgent message yesterday, came back today with new parts, fitted them, and Hey Presto restored my faith in engineers. It said on their van, "British Gas Looking After Your World"
From a satisfied customer. ----- Yours, Max.
Your comments about AI seem to be very apt regarding developments at the company. They are very involved, to the extent that they have continued using the bases at Wincanton, which strongly suggests that the people there are working successfully on certain types of output we can only guess at. Polaris is said to be in a strong position since winning a MOD award, and then providing advanced algorthms for a joint MOD project with Thales, etc. Westek might be thought of as a manufacturing base which supplies software for use with its products. Collectively, then, we do seem well set up in this field. Any further acquisition would have to be seen capable of enhancing the work presently going on. ------Yours, Max.
Slight correction offered. ___ You first of all suggest "charge" should be used for the graphene enhanced batteries, then you give us an extract from Neill's tweet. In this he says " a recap after a great Easter break to refresh our batteries". He is not talking about graphene enhanced batteries, he is talking of our internal batteries, our in-built energy, that we need to keep going in our normal life style. People engaged in physical sporting events know the need to rest and refresh in order to keep up their acivities as expected. ----- Yours, Max.
So long, farewell as the song has it. So sorry to lose you and your companionship and shrewd comments. Perhaps you have already achieved some of your objectives and can enjoy the fruits of a decent investment with a company which appears to be losing some of its appeal as a go-getter. The latest company to join us, Westek, may well be showing some movement soon, since its contract with UAE was expected to be completed within about six months. We shall see where we get to from here, I shall stay since I think they are steadily improving in the fields of security and defence, having spent some time as a conscript and seen that certain equipment shortages held back some needed developments. Bye for now. ----- Yours, Max.
I do hope I am missreading the tone of your latest post. As has been well illustrated, before an acquisition is achieved, Due Diligence must be carrried out. This would remove your worry of a botched acquisition. The recent transactions involving Wincanton, Fareham, etc seem to be progressing OK.. Why don't we bide our time and note what transpires during the next 6 months ? ----- Yours, Max.
It is pleasing to see that Versarien is continuing with its intention of expanding in the USA in order to work more closely with partners in that country. Regarding the appointment of Mr Abbott, the company is being advised by its US Attorney and will update shareholders, as appropriate. No information should be shared until official notification is issued to us. I would not wish to stifle any discussion on this or other topics, but suggest we bide our time until the company is in a position to inform us properly. ----- Yours, Max.
You cannot be serious in your support for Donald Trump !
The New York Times, which has been castigated bY Trump several times, ran a long article which featured a number of external writers, and quotations from established commentators, showed how he took over his father's fortunes during his "Maturing Years" and practically robbed his siblings of their inheritance to make his own fortune.
Donald Trump claimed in a book he had published [I havent read it] that his grandfather came from Sweden. The article showed he came frrom Germany. Competent Ancestor Tracing ?
Donald Trump had never served in any Civil Authority in any capacity, and must rank as the worst possible choice ever made to serve as president of the USA.
Donald Trump avoided service in the American Armed Forces on about four occasions.
Donald Trumps treatment of the children of Central American Immigrants was ridiculous, illegal and shameful.
Want to know more ? Contact people from the USA who have the Written Constitution at heart, see what damage he may have caused and what further damage is to follow. ----- Yours, Max
Please don't keep us waiting. You are talking about DCTA aren't you ?. This Italian firm have had traffic using a road in Rome where the asphalt is reinforced with their own graphene. They are now going to do the same in the USA, I understand. ----- Yours, Max.
Is it not possible for some electronic parts may be bought out to help increase production and not be limited by the Runcorn Facility ?
Feeks, You will probably tell us that "Shorting" is legal, but it seems to be a type of school playground bullying where the impact on the victim may not be measurable but seen by all the experts. What kind of response should victims initiate, if any ? I have read so many comments condemning the practice, is this the only country where this is allowed ? ----- Yours, Max.
On reflection I think you might well be right, Ale saying useless and meaning the newspaper. I just don't see why people can't be more specific about whom they are talking to make sure he is well understood, but poeple have to express themselves but a little more clearer please . ----- Yours, Max.
An extract from a review with Rating Agencies.
2 April 2019
Outcome of Annual Review with Credit Rating Agencies
Centrica plc notes the result of its annual reviews with both Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") and S&P Global Ratings ("S&P").
On 14 March, Moody's affirmed an unchanged rating of Baa1 (stable outlook).
On 2 April, Standard and Poor's downgraded the long-term issuer credit and issue ratings of Centrica to BBB (stable outlook) from BBB+ (negative outlook). This change in rating follows a three-year period of Centrica being on a negative outlook.
As part of its financial framework, the Company targets strong investment grade credit ratings. Centrica will be able to operate effectively at the revised rating, with the near-term impact expected to be limited to posting a small amount of additional collateral, in the form of letters of credit, on some commodity procurement and trading positions. ENDS.

Have had such a stance for a long time, one of the more sociably aware companies. Also in volved in supplying affordable housing, all in their previous RNSs. ----- Yours, Max.
