Mars1 - I tend to agree with your post. If it states the tests can be sold under EU approval then they can be sold in the UK. Porton Down is just a smoke screen by the Government to thwart British Biotech companies from gaining market access and I think DAM are quietly beavering away opening new clinics and ODX are in production of stock. My other prediction is that DAM will sell the Food Intolerance and CD4 tests in their clinics. They seem pretty savvy and wouldn't want to miss this opportunity.

As for Wallybrookes or whatever they are called they need to go. Too many buying of rugby debentures and gin and tonics........Waste of space

Wadogora - I would have thought that the EU approval would carry more weight than the CDTA and as per my last posting I thing the CDTA approval may be for government tenders only. Would be good to have clarity here.

My next question is why is there a CDTA approval process? Is this approval required only for DHSC tenders? If this is the case then ODX are free to now sell their tests in the UK.

The timescale was out of ODX control but the main thing is now they have CE marking. Am I right in saying they can sell in the UK under this marking until regs change in 2023? HUA in the UK is on the way this month. Long time in coming but defo worth the wait IMHO

Absolutely agree with your comments. This BOD is disgraceful and there should be a full enquiry into their complete and utter incompetence. Not one of them seems to have any business acumen and as for appointing Jag as CEO when they have been trying to push the lazy so and so for years well he is just the next scapegoat.
