Dodge- there is also true rns from ANS from a few days prior to KEFI's rns on the 7th.
It stated that they were awaiting the documents and would need 10 days from receipt of the paperwork to check everything and release the funds which might be more than the $11.4m.
So, I have read that it could be from 10 Calendar days through to 10 working days! Which would be sometime between the 18th (17th was Sunday) and the 21st.
Hiwever, it's from receipt of the documents, so give or take a couple of days, but due to the nature- I would suspect it was sent via personal courier. Maybe in a briefcase handcuffed to someone (so it would get delayed)

There are ways to delay reporting TR1's. On the other hand if Jupiter is based outside of the UK it isn't 3% but 5%. Now Someone on Twitter brought up a good theory- is Jupiter looking to put themselves in a position to launch a hostile take over?

The point is you wouldn't take on an investor relations director to deal with the ii clients, if you either didn't have clients or aren't about to sign them up!
For me this is a fact- why pay a salary if you don't have too. The RNs clearly states that they have gottent to this point sooner than expected due to the interest in the US and Europe generated by the first NAV!
This is what I read into it and if correct we should be getting some contract news very soon!

Today's news gives me confidence that several major contracts are soon going to be announced.
RNS states that things are getting busy and it seems that this is more business development in addition to Investor Relations!
