A billionaire would not try and buy this a share at a time. It would boost the share price making it more expensive.
At this point he has 6.79% Nd can add more shares at what would ultimately be a discounted price!
Billionaires aren't stupid and if they are, they are clever enough to hire people who know why they are doing.
Tomorrow this should open at about 4p imo

I'll use my classic example of PYC went to 32p on a £75k contract.
So, my question is: how high can algw go on $400million + AUM and package up to four a year, while reviewing revenue on each for a ten year period?
Folks wait until the third party figures come out and bow your minds.
This is so big imo that many people have yet to wrap their mind around it.
This little company with today's rns will be free to package and manage up to $1.6billion a year! Possibly more!
That is with this credit facility alone!

If you have a line of credit of up to $100 million to go out and buy up to $400- $500 million in assets and you then turn around and sell the assets while charging a small mark up, Management fees and profit sharing incentives for 10 years and you can do this up to four times in a year!
So, this one line of credit could allow you to acquire, package and sell upto $1.6 Billion of assets in that year (based on £400million).
Now go back and look at the little company that is about to do this with a mcap >£5milluon!

Mikey- ALGW is not an AIM company! It is main board and as such will attract ii"s, funds and sophisticated investors.

Well folks- if you need to raise £300k to get upto $100milionin a revolving credit facility- I'd do that all day long.
The $100million will allow ALGW to buy up to $500million worth of policies. It's a "no brainier"!
I didn't think they would raise but seeing by they raised, it's good, very good!

Thanks Wress- I guess I did and at the time I couldn't see a £75k contract carrying it anymore. I was well surprised!
So, the difference here is that it isn't one contract but can do up to four per year with the same pot of money.
Each contract makes an average of 15%/yr (top line). With the fees and profit sharesing, I think it will be about 5-8%/yr to algw.
In the industry a contract tends to be for 10years and if you can do 4+ per year you can see how quickly things can build up.
So, if algw currently has an mcap of £2.8m and a $100m AUM would bring in $5m-8million/year and you do four in the first year.
Well I guess you would have to draw your own conclusions! But you can see how this little share price will rocket and the income will sustainably grow each year.

Wress- same thing happened to me at PYC got in at 1.7p and bottled it at at about 13p! lol
