Let me answer these questions and will take them as a naive question and not a de-ramp.
It makes no sense for a company to buy shares on the open market because at 3% they would have to RNs.
When they RNs, the cat is out of the bag and the share price would rocket! This would significantly increase the amount they offer and the overall cost for whom ever where to make an offer.
This would be fantastic for is but not as a business decision imo.
On the other hand, the share price will naturally increase as we get closer to results and once the results are out and if they are what we think they are, then there will likely be a frenzy of activity both on the stock market and in active negotiations!
I can see this share closer to the .5p mark in the next couple of weeks with the right noises, news and RNs.

This suggests that there aren't many share free to buy and could go up pretty swiftly!

It might not be MasterCard,. UT there are also smaller players that can not grow on the credit or debit card sector due to small network or very high network costs. An example of this is American Express, Diners Club or in Europe V pay.
Anyone of these would be able to compete toe to toe with the likes of Visa or MasterCard.
So, it might be the reason why MasterCard are helping, they would have a first right refusal or be in a position to see any potential offers coming!

This obviously isn't a charity program and would only imagine that MasterCard is looking at Blockchain to speed up and reduce the cost of card transactions. Without the need of processing intermediaries.

As Dynasty is a private company, there is no obligation to report anything, in addition if you are in talks with a company for a buyout our buy on, there will be various water tight NDA's and thus it's best to just keep quiet until the cheque clears!
Someone mentioned, that we are two weeks I to a 13 week period and we haven't heard news! Well folks, two weeks into 12 is hardly giving anyya chance- so if you put this month's rent money in here, either get it out or wait for the big news is what I think.

Folks to me this looks like an overdone and artificial drop and I think someone is buying in the background!
As well, who ever is "selling" might be doing this to later jump in after the artificially caused panic!

When the market makers have a big order or two to fill, they have been known to drop the price to shake out cheap shares, but I suspect that people will pile in to get some cheap shares.

Two Things to keep on mind for me:
A) if there is to be a buy out, it will start sooner, rather than later. The big tech companies would want to buy it in infancy, not when it's a multi billion Dollar monster. So, I believe there would be quick NDA's (hush Hush) and a quick transaction before the value explodes along with the price.
B) when an event such as a buyout of Dynasty happens, I think this share will be suspended and will comeback at a re-rate. Thus it would lock us on the rocket and would leave everyone else (who is not invested) waiting for trading to resume at a much higher price!
Folks, I think that if Dynasty is being courted and is bought out, it will be fast!
My prediction is this half of the year!

Addison, if Dynasty is sold, then BLU would receive it's share of the profits.
Then one of or several things could happen. .ost likely either a percentage will be kept in the company and a percentage would be paid as a special dividend IMO, but the company would be worth a multiple of today's MCAP (obviously the sale price would dictate a lot).
Either way, Dynasty is growing and gaining contracts, so it is becoming more and more valuable as a business on its own. So, a buy out or not, the value will continue to build.

Yes absolutely! As I mentioned yesterday- I think thert we are at the point in the maturity of several investments, where we could expect a steady stream of news from various fronts.
