The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Well folks this is the news we were expecting to kick off an upward trajectory in the share price prior to any announcement of a deal!
Well done and it even gives us an idea as to where things could be in regards to negotiations
Fist- what we can not do at this stage is pressure the company into giving a half fast RNs. hR will be subject to one or more NDA's and best to keep quiet until he could legally say something.
I would suggest keeping an eye on the Zim media as this would be a good Barometer of what's going on.
People need to be patient ! We all know that Prem have the metals and minerals everyone wants, so Prem has proved
Hi wolf- if you have valid research it is more than welcome and well founded research would be a benefit, so please do not be put off for sharing!
Folks, I understand this to be a slow tree shake as opposed to the sudden drop a few days ago.
These tricks are designed to trick the retail onvestor out of their shares imo.
Why would someone sell on a Friday when news is expected? Hmm- artificial drop me thinks
MM's just trying to gather shares for the big news and a boost in share price
Rafauo! Dude the CEO can not say a word because he is bound by what looks like multiple NDA's! So those who sell out of impatience are simply giving their shares away imo , if there is a deal!
Folks the MM's are just filling the float in the til, it's Friday and traders might sell some, but I think that many many people will want to be in over the weekend!
If a company wants to secure a deal, they will not stop working at 17:00! They will work late and on weekends, so when a deal is announced, published or known about- it will happen at any time of the day or night (market open or closed), but those who are out will have little or no opportunity to buy in imo
SK I would rather see the share price above .6 before RNs as that would help catapult things even higher imo. However a positive RNs is always welcome :)
Good morning everyone!
RNS or no RNs this morning it seems to be clear that that there are interested parties.
As someone mentioned last night, the fact that there is more than one party interested invarious scenarios, gives GR a chance to continue to a more advanced stages, while a clear one or two preferred parties emerge from the pack.
If there is a tree shakeino it would only be to take shares of in experienced shareholders, however as we have seen earlier in the week, it is to allow to big. It's to come through.
At the end of the day the MM's have to balance their ledger and have two days to do it. So, the will go long me thinks and then drop the price to swoop on and get the shares they had already sold at a higher price, thus making a tidy margin.
All in all Prem has the minerals and mets that are essential for the new economy, so keep the fundamentals in min is what I think
We are all looking at 1p+ short term and if things play out in the right way we could see much higher!
We've all seen a company rocket and we've got the lithium to power those batteries!
Does anyone here remember Rockhopper and what happened just before they sold their big find in the North Sea a few years ago?
The price was savagely dropped just before it absolutely mega multi bagged!
Folks were saying that buyer had stopped buying. Well, if you are. Using in bulk and want the price to drop to continue using more- wouldn't you suddenly stop and your MM's would trigger a drop for you to scoup up cheap shares or simply try to keep the shares within a certain range?
Folks, wake up and smell the lithium! If someone is accumulating, they will have professionals wheeling and dealing for you.
As well, remember- if it's a Chinese company, they a shroud and would want as many shares as possible (assuming it's them)0, it's a bargain
IMO- anyone selling at psychology levels would be walking into a trap! MM's know this and I have seen it before - they are likely to deliberately let people out , tree shake and NT any buys! I've seen it before and all it does is takes shares from impatient pi's and gives the big boys cheap shares to fill orders- where they know what's coming!
This is why I do not have a stop loss! MM's love stealing pi shares for big order fills!
Folks, we all know that there is one or more big buyers- the more people who hold the higher the share price will go- SIMPLES!
.Enjoy your Sunday!
My view on a potential hostile takeover is that (in this case anyway), there is more than one potentially interested party.
So, if an offer is made at a higher price and the shareholders reject it, I believe that it would increase the share price and mark a new bottom from which other buds would be made at an even higher price and possibly ring other bidders out of the woodwork! It could very well get very interesting for shareholders if that happens.
In addition as the thought of interested parties spread and the relentless buyer(s) keep on buying we could see an accelerated increase in price
I also note that there was no speeding ticket, so this leads me to believe that something very big and positive for us is in the works.
Any dip is being bought I to straight away and if the mm's did a tree shake it would be bought into straight away and defeating the purpose for which the mm's might try it and if they do it would be small.
So, for me it looks like we are looking at another good week coming and potentially better!
Good luck all and I personally don't have a stop loss because they work in a tree shake, but on genuine downwards prices they are not reliable (I find especially on HL)
You took a risk there ! MM's just as easily would've locked people out to collect the cheap shares.
I am with HL and I find that they go NT very quickly
Stewart, there have been a lot of very. If. It's, today! Could someone be taking a position in the company with the view to quickly get to 30% and have the offer ready?
Me thinks that there are people talking on the grape vine and something is a out to happen that would positively put this share on that map for the right reasons
MrK- imo MM's dropped the price to capitalise on an RNs that could've been written better to reflect the size and contents of the Zulu claim.
So, the MM's imo have sold shares they did not have yet and now dropped the price to take in cheap shares, scare some people off and make a tidy profit
I believe the MM's will have dropped the share price to collect cheap shares to close out orders at a higher price
I am. It a geologist but it reads to me as it is a good report and all is as expected or better.
So, could people's stop losses be triggered and the share price will go back up and leave them out?
I've seen it before
Acker- the MM's should have no issue in allowing the share price to rise with these volumes- with exception for when they are filling large buy orders in my opinion!
.30p is well in the possibility range now to be hit and overcome, today!
#PREM could very well explode upwards this week IMO to the .50-.60p range
Frodo, I dont think there will be strong resistance before .30p!
I think that people are out rainbow chasing, but I think that we will see a lot more people coming to Orem in anticipation of the string of positive news expected here in the very near future
I also think that upon announcements of a JV for Zulu, Prem might suspend (even if for a couple of hours ) And would start trading at a much higher price. IMO
MM's might have transferred shares to one another or could be trying to keep the price low in order to fill a negotiated buy order imo
