They have done rock chip sampling on the pegmatite swarm they identified at Pinderi Hills.

Rob Mosig said the pegmatites are lithium bearing.

So just waiting for the interp & RNS.

Also they should be re-assaying the existing core at Pinderi Hills for lithium. So no need to wait for drilling.

MinRes are receiving $1.3bn after selling 49% interest in their haul road and currently have a $750m undrawn facility with J.P Morgan as part of the deal.

They now have the balance sheet to ink all the deals they had on the table.

Their strategy is to redeploy capital to projects with ROIC of more than 20%.

Can't get higher returns than the UFO Hanc0ck project.

I would like J.P Morgan to put a valuation on our haul road which unlocks MinRes 124Mt Sirius deposit at 60.3% Fe (in situ over US$12bn).

How many multiples of UFO's current market cap? Hmmmm

All the contractors use them though and all their modular units are available for hire, meaning lower start up costs.

Very good point Rob Mosig makes about advances in exploration technology:

"Geophysical methods have changed quite dramatically. There is far better resolution we get now from geophysics. It’s more like a medical science."

Placing churn is expected. But we have been churning through very quickly. Nearly 300M shares traded on day of placing, with other large volume days. Yesterday, we traded 115M shares.

The share has been a traders dream lately, but now hopefully a long investors dream multi-bagging to fair value.

Guy & Alwyn have said there is a deal on the table.

Rob Mosig said "maybe we should share it" ie JV.

Charles Archer has been given assurances that they will get the Hanc0ck deal over the line & re-rate and the company have emailed out the article today also.

A lot of credibility is on the line here.

I'm happy to sit and wait for final boxes to be ticked over next few weeks & deal signed.

Then we get the free space & free cash to crack on with Pinderi Hill and leave Hanc0ck in very capable hands.

Rob Mosig is very confident about unlocking Pinderi Hills with its giant intrusion of 5km of thickness & 2km of ultramafics now that whole region has been consolidated after 30 years, with no more legal disputes. Infrastructure & Mining Lease in place. High-priority area Pinderi with in situ JORC US$2.7bn PGM & Gold (open at depth & along strike) plus near surface Nickel, Copper and potentially super lithium will really shift the needle. They have been setting the scene so can't be long.
