@normbeef. Need to appreciate key to mining bulk commodities in the Pilbara is port allocation (I have mentioned this several times to you). No point mining if you can't get your product on the seaborne market.

Fenix had agreement with Geraldton Port in May 2019. Geraldton was an underutilised port.

Our allocation starts Q4 this year.

Also with Fenix have to factor that they bought an existing resource from Atlas Iron, then upgraded it.

So they never transitioned from explorer to developer to producer.

They went from developer to producer.

Anyways regarding port allocation, this is why it is game changing news for UFO's West Pilbara Hub (with Brockman est exploration target 233Mt), now that MinRes successfully started operations at Onslow.

That was a Robert Mosig interview. We are very lucky to have him and de-risks the Pinderi Hills project further now whole "High priority" region has been consolidated.

At Fenix's Iron Ridge project contractor Maca commenced site works 21/09/2020 and declared first production in December.

UFO only need to build a haul road which unlocks MinRes Sirius 124Mt deposit at 60.3% Fe and MinRes contractor is REGROUP. Hope that helps. ATB

Selling off Vivash Gorge & Brockman now that Onslow Iron Ore Hub is in operation would be madness.

MinRes Onslow port will have future excess spare capacity of 25-45Mtpa.

Both Vivash & Brockman have huge potential, shorter distance to port and better economics.

anything we give up in percentage on the jv will be made back by exploring the remaining 95% of han**** & mallina,

plus then need to add opening up the ufo west pilbara hub and exporting out of onslow (with shorter haulage distance!).

the key to the bulk commodities business is increasing scale.

jving with minres will mean lower opex & higher margins.

the re-rate wouldn't just be on a couple years future production as is with fenix. it would be on many years of future production.

At 4mins talks about intention to use haul road to go past MinRes ramped up capacity of 35Mtpa to 60-80Mtpa!

As MinRes MD Chris Ellison said on first day of production, “We have unlocked a whole new iron ore region for Australia."

Plus Hanc0ck unlocks MinRes stranded Sirius 124Mt deposit at 60.3% Fe, which they would be very keen to unlock considering they are currently producing 58% at the Onslow Iron Project.

UFO West Pilbara Hub = Vivash Gorge + Brockman (est exploration target 233Mt) which has average sampling grade of 62% Fe, with as high as 65%. Compare with Macro Metals with market cap over $100M and only have rock chip samples averaging 54% Fe!

Plus Hanc0ck is still WA's next DSO mine.

Crazy some "shareholders" can't see JV deal coming that Alwyn mentioned (who has done a deal with MinRes before) and Rob just mentioned "Maybe we should share it now we have Mining Lease over the area". Hmmmmm
