Some good points. Polaris (MinRes subsidiary) have shown their commitment to the West Pilbara Hub which feeds into Utah Point with their outright cash purchase of BCI Iron Valley iron ore assets (which are just north of UFO Hanc0ck and also uses the Great Northern Highway).

Iron Valley produces at 58% Fe. The other MinRes West Pilbara Hub mine Wonmunna has total average grade of 56.5% Fe.

MinRes will take as much as they can off us just so they can blend with their lower grade.

Bill always used to mention others using our ore to blend.

Hanc0ck will get over the line within weeks.

If you are concerned about potential future dilution after ERW has spent $4M, then just need to look at how the lithium discover at AZS pushed their needle to $1.7bn.

If you seriously believe that, then invest fully now, then sell before ERW can spend past $4M on Pinderi Hills developing the lithium resource.

If there is a significant lithium discovery (waiting for initial results next week) which warrants EWR wanting to spend past $4M, then re-rate on UFO will be very significant and Gina & SQM would want to buy it all.

Gina currently has $19.5bn in cash to spend.

Just look at AZS and how they re-rated after drilling lithium results.

Not sure why the Traditional Owners of the Newman region KNAC fought so hard and waited for the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 to come into effect on 1st July 2023 (which was then subsequently repealed) just so they can give away their sacred red dirt to be shipped to China and turned into EVs, Hybrids, Washing Machines etc for a 0.9% royalty.

Long-term potential will be worth much more after exploration upside across remaining 95% of Hanc0ck & Mallina + Haul road Tolling Fee.

With the majors like FMG, Rio Tinto (Robe) and MinRes all producing iron ore at 58% and below, ultimately it's just a matter of time until Hanc0ck will get mined when it's sitting there with a Mining Lease and over 60% Fe from surface with tiny capex.
