"As previously announced (AIM: 30 May 2024), the Company is actively progressing with the ongoing review of strategic funding options with regard to the Hanc0ck Project, including possible funding by way of joint venture and or debt funding."

Personally I see JV partner come in to run the show at Hanc0ck ("once the appropriate due diligence is completed") with also cash as part of deal.

But happy to keep the expectation here as crash & burn :))))

As per previous RNS first ore sales to be achieved in Q1 2025.

IMO JV deal this month followed by a Nathan interview.

Non Disclosure Agreements mean they can't discuss anything about it before.

Not easy to be patient, hence the current SP. I see SP quickly tripling on inflection point news then heading to 1p and beyond after.

Since UFO already have the cash to get Hanc0ck over the line, I'm very happy for the current expectation here to be no JV & no lithium at the pegmatite swarm and just crash an burn :)

The more I think about it, the more everything points to MinRes.

The Development Study is set up nicely for MinRes.

Then go to sprint capacity to double production (so we don't lose out in EBITDA after losing % in JV).

Also why was the crushing & screening carved out from REGROUP who are more than capable?

Could it be that they plan to install a NextGen crushing plant (which has the lowest cost in industry) and thus driving down Opex further? Hmmm

JV is best option.

If a JV partner comes in and takes a controlling say 51% ownership, they will quickly be adding resources by drilling. Considering less than 5% is explored, then doubling, tripling or quadrupling the resources is very achievable at Hanc0ck/Mallina alone.

The Development Study is set up so that production can go in sprint capacity via double shifts and more than double production to 3Mtpa.

So UFO can still be shipping the same amount of tonnage (1.25Mtpa) and be earning EBITDA of ~A$39M. This is huge.

Also increasing scale means lower Opex.

Plus the project becomes significantly derisked with the expertise of experienced professional DSO operator running the show. Literally a win-win for all.
