We will soon find out if the pegmatite swarm ERW has identified at Pinderi Hills is lithium bearing or not.

If it is, then fantastic. If not then we still get the lab results for 1000 samples (with 2nd set by the end of July 2024) which will include assays for gold, silver, PGMs, nickel & copper.

Yes MinRes will have zero interest to unlock their stranded 124Mt deposit at 60.3% Fe to blend with their lower grade Pilbara Hub mines (56.5% & 58%) which sit just above Hanc0ck and also use the Great Northern Highway!

Boundary softening is key and will happen if MinRes are wise enough to want to blend.

Then you have the UFO West Pibara Hub (Vivash Gorge & Brockman est exploration target 233Mt with sampling at 62% Fe).

A couple years ago Fitch forecast iron ore prices at $70/t for 2024.

So we are in 2024 now and prices are comfortably over $100.

World population and middle class in Asia is increasing by 100s of millions not reducing.

Infrastructure build outs and need 20x more iron ore than all other metals for electrifying the world etc.

ESG & the more involved Native Title process (Rio can't start planned mines) means Hanc0ck is now a money making machine with high-grade DSO from surface.

As was said here before, MinRes/Polaris entered the JV before their Heritage works were complete. As Alwyn said before in the IG interview, they will be largely procedural (esp since now that the Traditional Owners have approved Native Title/Mining Lease).

Hanc0ck over the line within weeks is what I've been emailed by UFO in the Charles Archer article.

Ever thought that the strategy was to JV off the Iron Ore then move onto Pinderi Hill, but the permitting/licencing took a lot longer than expected.

Mining Lease now granted. So time to sign the deal (get some cash as part of the JV deal) and unlock Pinderi Hills. This is what I'm seeing. ATB.

@5x5Croire. Yes ridiculously cheap. Just Elizabeth Hill on it's own is worth multiples of current market cap with silver around $30/oz and heading higher (6x higher than when they were last mining).

And company has fast-tracked plans to develop the Elizabeth Hills silver mine. Hmmm. Hanc0ck deal is coming.

@5x5Croire. Since then there has been a change of tac with Guy & Alwyn saying they will be bringing in a JV Partner and deals on the table.

Mining Lease now in place and Rob Mosig is recently saying about sharing it.

MinRes just bought out BCI's Iron Valley which sits just north on Hanc0ck and also uses the Great Northern Highway but has lower grade ore than Hanc0ck.

MinRes now have the cash to ink the deals after their $1.3bn sale of the haul road.

Within a couple weeks we should be getting Hanc0ck over the line & rerate one way or another. Then crack on with Pinderi Hills.

The latest update regarding any timeframes which UFO emailed out 2 weeks ago was Charles Article stated getting Han0ck over the line & rerate in a few weeks:

It's the JV partner which will be announcing FID, not UFO.

Also the first set of lab results will be ready by end of this month.

Very much doubt Apple, Nvidia etc will leave the future of AI in the hands of Russia which controls the majority of Palladium production.

Palladium is not just used for catalytic converters, of which hybrids use 10-15% more and will be the transition until the electricity grids are upgraded around the world (to allow everyone to plug in at same time) and for charging infrastructure to be rolled out across the globe.

With lithium you don’t even need an XRF.

You just shine a UV light on it and the spodumene crystals fluoresce a salmon pink colour.

Grade is important though, which is why lab results will be key. Fingers crossed.

They normally announce the assay results in parts.
