What are the chances of SRK going into trading halt for buyout, then CZR going in trading halt on 27/12/2023 which happens to be exactly the same day that UFO announce RNS Management Changes with Iron Ore CEO having to "hand over the reigns".

If it's a buyout for IOCA, hopefully the DFS figures confirms the Scoping Study NPV figure for Hanc0ck of US$206M. Obviously won't get a cheque for that, but UFO got to end up with more than current Market Cap.

Not too long to wait to find out.

Mark Creasy owns 52.76% of CZR (44% +related parties held a further 8.76%):

"Mr Creasy’s private company, Yandal Investments, classified ASX-listed CZR as a subsidiary for accounting purposes in its 2022-23 accounts even though its shareholding stood at 44 per cent. Yandal said its related parties held a further 8.76 per cent of CZR stock.

The CZR board, which includes Mr Creasy’s wife Annie Guo, has unanimously backed the sale of Robe Mesa to Miracle Iron."

Plus he 100% owns the remaining 15% interest:

"Mr Creasy is in separate discussions to sell his 15 per cent minority interest in the Robe Mesa project to Miracle Iron."

Also look at Azure. He owns 40% of the Andover project. Azure only own 60% of Andover.

Plus he owns 12.8% of Azure which now has a Market Cap of $1.7Bn! It was only $70m 1 year ago.

Goes to show patience pays since he pegged these tenements decades ago.

Personally I would prefer developing Brockman (est target 233Mt) & Vivash and selling to Miracle Iron (or MinRes) later for much higher prices once they have opened their Onslow port facilities next year.

Selling 1 might not be a bad idea though to drill out Pinderi Hills and create the next Azure Andover.

These recent acquisitions by Miracle Iron Resource with Strike Resources last week center on Miracle Iron now taking on and developing the port facilities at Ashburton (this is separate from the MinRes facilities).

UFO was actually part of the consortium before (with CZR & Strike) interested in developing Ashburton.

Now that Miracle Iron is taking it on, Miracle Iron will want UFO's assets at Brockman & Vivash Gorge.

UFO might sell these now or later. We will have to see what Alywn is up to.

CZR SP shot up over 40% when they reopened after trading halt this morning after announcement.

Their Market Cap is still currently only $70m, so going higher.
