Scoping Study NPV (October 2021) was before the "The carried value of the Hamersley Project as at 31 Dec 2021" in the RNS.

Also the vendors have only taken shares (only $60k cash). It might be an IPO. We will have to wait to see how Hanc0ck gets monetised.

Ultimately the vendors are in for the long-haul to get project developed & mine since they have seen SP go to 3p and never sold.

I'm expecting a big update with everything to be clarified soon. That's when you get everyone on the sidelines here jumping in as we see the project derisked and value uplift to production. Wait and see.

I'm also not expecting to keep everything. Remember, this is mining. To get a Capstone JV we had to give away 80% and that only funded to a PFS.

Loads of dough to be made, however way you cut it. Just need to get on with it and monetise Hanc0ck.

Also Hanc0ck is just a starter mine. The size of the pie will get a lot bigger once cash comes in from DSO.

Unfortunately, KNAC took ages signing the agreement especially with the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 which came into effect 1st July 2023 (then repealed). All done now.

If a vendor “Performance Payment” payment does apply, then there is plenty of buffer in the Capex budget of $30M, since RNSs & website state "reduced Capex of ~US$20m".

$30M capex is still tiny for a mining project.

@theannoyingdevil, the billions of dollars of in situ PGMs + Silver will just be the icing on the cake to the Nickel & Copper (RNS - Near Surface results includes 5.2m @ 2.1% Ni, 166 oz Ag/t). Huge area undercover hasn't even been touched.

Also UFO funded through to FID & the DFS will allow for funding to production.

The offtake agreement requires hedging to be in place, before offtake signed.
